Added VMA_ALLOCATION_CREATE_STRATEGY_BEST_FIT_BIT, WORST_FIT, FIRST_FIT, and aliases: VMA_ALLOCATION_CREATE_STRATEGY_MIN_MEMORY_BIT, MIN_TIME, MIN_FRAGMENTATION.
