Deleted the whole feature of lost allocations. COMPATIBILITY BREAKING!
Removed from the interface: VMA_ALLOCATION_CREATE_CAN_BECOME_LOST_BIT, VMA_ALLOCATION_CREATE_CAN_MAKE_OTHER_LOST_BIT, vmaCreateLostAllocation, vmaMakePoolAllocationsLost, vmaTouchAllocation, VmaAllocatorCreateInfo::frameInUseCount, VmaPoolCreateInfo::frameInUseCount. Also fixed a bug with synchronization in VmaDedicatedAllocationList.
