25d9b2c0ec Add function vmaFlushAllocations, vmaInvalidateAllocations for multiple allocations at once 
Closes #119
Added internal class VmaSmallVector.
Refactored common code into a new function VmaAllocator_T::GetFlushOrInvalidateRange.
Regenerated docs.
