Adam Sawicki a82e18346e Version 2.0.0-alpha.7. Removed VmaAllocatorCreateInfo::preferredSmallHeapBlockSize. VmaBlockVector::Allocate: New algorithm that allocates 1/8, 1/4, 1/2 of preferred block size as first blocks, to save memory.
