Add a bit to the .gitignore

Browse Source 
- LaTeX (or UseLATEX.cmake, not sure) copies files to a directory
- Don't want to commit those copies to the repo
- .pdf files ignored, too (probably better to host the manual on a website and update it with a git hook)
