## Building the Manual
We've provided a manual for GLM to get you familiar with some of its most notable functionality and design decisions. A PDF copy is included in the repo itself, but if you'd like to contribute to the manual, you'll need the following to build it:
- LaTeX
- On Windows, install [MiKTeX](http://miktex.org/).
- On Mac, install [MacTeX](https://tug.org/mactex/).
- On Linux, install the `texlive` package from your package manager.
- The following LaTeX packages (all included with the above distributions)
- [`adjustbox`](https://www.ctan.org/pkg/adjustbox)
- [`amsmath`](https://www.ctan.org/pkg/amsmath)
- [`cprotect`](https://www.ctan.org/pkg/cprotect)
- [`dirtytalk`](https://www.ctan.org/pkg/dirtytalk)
- [`fontenc`](https://www.ctan.org/pkg/fontenc)
- [`graphicx`](https://www.ctan.org/pkg/graphicx)
- [`hyperref`](https://www.ctan.org/pkg/hyperref)
- [`inputenc`](https://www.ctan.org/pkg/inputenc)
- [`lmodern`](https://www.ctan.org/pkg/lmodern)
- [`minted`](https://www.ctan.org/pkg/minted)
- [`scrartcl`](https://www.ctan.org/pkg/scrartcl)
- [`wrapfig`](https://www.ctan.org/pkg/wrapfig)
- [`xcolor`](https://www.ctan.org/pkg/xcolor)
- [Python](https://www.python.org/) version 2.7.9 or 3.4 or greater
- [Pygments](http://pygments.org/)
- Install it with `pip install Pygments`
- [CMake](https://cmake.org/), which is also needed to build GLM's tests, install GLM, etc.
To build the manual, install the aforementioned dependencies and then enable the `GLM_BUILD_MANUAL_ENABLE` option within CMake, either on the command line with `-DGLM_BUILD_MANUAL_ENABLE:BOOL=True` or through your favorite GUI. If all dependencies are available, you should be good to go (otherwise you will receive an error); the manual will be built as part of the default target, though it can also be built separately through the `manual` target.
