Charles Giessen e0e6123d20 Use depends attr in xml to generate correct macro defines ... The vulkan spec updated to include depends="" attributes in the requires blocks of extensions. The autogen needed to be updated to use that as that is the correct mechanism to ascertain which functions require more than one extension to be present.
