[mlir] Fix warnings

This patch fixes:

  mlir/lib/Dialect/LLVMIR/IR/NVVMDialect.cpp:1136:3: error: default
  label in switch which covers all enumeration values
  [-Werror,-Wcovered-switch-default]

  mlir/lib/Dialect/LLVMIR/IR/NVVMDialect.cpp:1388:3: error: default
  label in switch which covers all enumeration values
