[test][sanitizer] Add ArrayRef tests
Tests are subset of llvm/unittests/ADT/ArrayRefTest.cpp. Added more members to match tests and make class more useful. Reviewed By: hctim Differential Revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D152760
