[clang][Index] Use HeuristicResolver in libIndex (#125153) 
The uses replace hand-rolled code that did a subset of what
HeuristicResolver does.

[clang][AIX] Only export libclang.map symbols from libclang (#78748) 
This will prevent unnecessary symbols being exported in libclang, which
could cause issues with non-unique objects.

d9c82e1919 [AIX][tests] Temporarily disable more Clang/Index tests 
This extends 985dacea by XFAILing more tests that started failing after these commits:
* 14498a477ee9e00dc462779cee8cbc5846ca6d3a
* e644f5973b0b71baadc6d7b64596527a1dc49d17
* 89bacc0bb9f6aa66ca1951ec5c0e4c38cc661160

These failures need to be investigated. Possible cause is D151938.

ee648c0ce0 [clang][index] Index unresolved member expression as reference 
Unresolved member expressions aren't indexed as references.

Example code:

```
struct Foo {
  template <typename T> void bar(T t);
};
template <typename T> void test(Foo F, T t) {
  F.bar(t); // Not indexed
}
```

fd6e39c40b [index] Add indexing for unresolved-using declarations 
In dependent contexts we end up referencing these, so make sure they
have USRs, and have their declarations indexed. For the most part they
behave like typedefs, but we also need to worry about having multiple
using declarations with the same "name".

4e1377aff0 [index] Index simple dependent declaration references 
This commit implements basic support for indexing of dependent declaration
references. Now the indexer tries to find a suitable match in the base template
for a dependent member ref/decl ref/dependent type.
