[LLD][COFF] Add support for ARM64X same-address thunks (#151255)
Fixes MSVC CRT thread-local constructors support on hybrid ARM64X
targets.

`-arm64xsameaddress` is an undocumented option that ensures the
specified function has the same address in both native and EC views of
hybrid images. To achieve this, the linker emits additional thunks and
replaces the symbols
of those functions with the thunk symbol (the same thunk is used in both
views). The thunk code jumps to the native function (similar to range
extension thunks), but additional ARM64X relocations are emitted to
replace the target with the EC function in the EC view.

MSVC appears to generate thunks even for non-hybrid ARM64EC images. As a
side effect, the native symbol is pulled in. Since this is used in the
CRT for thread-local constructors, it results in the image containing
unnecessary native code. Because these thunks do not appear to be useful
in that context, we limit this behavior to actual hybrid targets. This
may change if compatibility requires it.

The tricky part is that thunks should be skipped if the symbol is not
live in either view, and symbol replacement must be reflected in weak
aliases. This requires thunk generation to happen before resolving weak
aliases but after the GC pass. To enable this, the `markLive` call was
moved earlier, and the final weak alias resolution was postponed until
afterward. This requires more code to be aware of weak aliases, which
previously could assume they were already resolved.

[LLD][COFF] Add ignored linker flags (#150815)
These flags were treated as explicit errors, which could cause
compatibility issues with MS link.exe. To address this, LLD was updated
to ignore them, aligning its behavior with MS link.exe. The latter two
options affect how MS link.exe generates metadata for its PGO. LLD
doesn't generate any such metadata right now (and doesn't work with the
MSVC PGO feature), so those options are kept as no-ops.

- Added `/emittoolversioninfo[:no]` flag in LLD/COFF options
- This flag emits a rich header between DOS stub and PE header. LLVM
does not emit the rich header at all.
- Added `/novcfeature` flag in LLD/COFF options
- Added `/nocoffgrpinfo` flag in LLD/COFF options

[DTLTO][LLD][COFF] Add support for Integrated Distributed ThinLTO (#148594)
This patch introduces support for Integrated Distributed ThinLTO (DTLTO)
in COFF LLD.

DTLTO enables the distribution of ThinLTO backend compilations via
external distribution systems, such as Incredibuild, during the
traditional link step: https://llvm.org/docs/DTLTO.html.

Note: Bitcode members of non-thin archives are not currently supported.
This will be addressed in a future change. This patch is sufficient to
allow for self-hosting an LLVM build with DTLTO if thin archives are
used.

Testing:
- LLD `lit` test coverage has been added, using a mock distributor to
avoid requiring Clang.
- Cross-project `lit` tests cover integration with Clang.

For the design discussion of the DTLTO feature, see:

[LLD][COFF] Add -build-id flag to generate .buildid section. (#71433)
[RFC](https://discourse.llvm.org/t/rfc-add-build-id-flag-to-lld-link/74661)

Before, lld-link only generate the debug directory containing guid when
generating PDB with the hash of PDB content.

With this change, lld-link can generate the debug directory when only
`/build-id` is given:
1. If generating PDB, `/build-id` is ignored. Same behaviour as before.
2. Not generating PDB, using hash of the binary.
   - Not under MinGW, the debug directory is still in `.rdata` section.
   - Under MinGW, place the debug directory into new `.buildid` section.

[LLD] [COFF] Add a separate option for allowing duplicate weak symbols (#68077)
The MinGW mode (enabled with the flag -lldmingw) does allow duplicate
weak symbols. A test in
compiler-rt/test/profile/Windows/coverage-weak-lld.cpp does currently
enable the -lldmingw flag in an MSVC context, in order to deal with
duplicate weak symbols.

Add a new, separate, lld specific flag for enabling this. In MinGW mode,
this is enabled by default, otherwise it is disabled.

This allows making the MinGW mode more restrictive in adding libpaths
from the surrounding environment; in MinGW mode, all libpaths are passed
explicitly by the compiler driver to the linker, which is attempted in
https://reviews.llvm.org/D144084.

8fa0cfeb61 [LLD][COFF] Add /inferasanlibs to lld-link as ignored flag
MSVC link.exe added this flag and MS STL started using this flag in
.drectve [1] when compiling with Clang with asan enabled, as reported
on https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/56300. This causes issues
with lld-link because it rejects any unknown flags in .drective sections.

As dc07867dc9991c982bd3441da19d6fcc16ea54d6 noted that, when using Clang
as the driver it explicitly passes the proper asan libraries. Therefore
it should be acceptable to ignore this flag in lld-link to at least
unbreak building with clang-cl and linking with lld-link.

75196b99fb [llvm-lib] Add /WX, warn by default on empty inputs, add opt-out
lib.exe by default exits successfully without writing an output
file when no inputs are passed. llvm-lib has the same behavior,
for compatibility.

This behavior interacts poorly with build systems: If a static
library target had no inputs, llvm-lib would not produce an output
file, causing ninja (or make, or a similar system) to successfully
run that step, but then re-run it on the next build.

After this patch, llvm-lib emits a warning in this case, that with
/WX can be turned into an error. That way, ninja (or make, or...)
will mark the initial build as failed.

People who don't like the warning can use /ignore:emptyoutput to
suppress it.

The warning also points out the existing flag /llvmlibempty which
forces creation of an empty .lib file (this is an extension to lib.exe).

ce211c505b [LLD] [COFF] Fix up missing stdcall decorations in MinGW mode
If linking directly against a DLL without an import library, the
DLL export symbols might not contain stdcall decorations.

If we have an undefined symbol with decoration, and we happen to have
a matching undecorated symbol (which either is lazy and can be loaded,
or already defined), then alias it against that instead.

This matches what's done in reverse, when we have a def file
declaring to export a symbol without decoration, but we only have
a defined decorated symbol. In that case we do a fuzzy match
(SymbolTable::findMangle). This case is more straightforward; if we
have a decorated undefined symbol, just strip the decoration and look
for the corresponding undecorated symbol name.

Add warnings and options for either silencing the warning or disabling
the whole feature, corresponding to how ld.bfd does it.

(This feature works for any symbol decoration mismatch, not only when
linking against a DLL directly; ld.bfd also tolerates it anywhere,
and also fixes up mismatches in the other direction, like
SymbolTable::findMangle, for any symbol, not only exports. But in
practice, at least for lld, it would primarily end up used for linking
against DLLs.)

the private -wrap option in the COFF linker.

The feature in lld-link isn't gated by the -lldmingw option, but
the option is left as a private, undocumented option primarily
used by the MinGW driver.

The implementation is significantly based on the support for --wrap
in the ELF linker, but many small nuance details are different
between the ELF and COFF linkers, ending up with more than a few
implementation differences.

45c4c54003 [LLD] [COFF] Add a private option for setting the os version separately from subsystem version
The MinGW driver has separate options for OS and subsystem version.
Having this available in lld-link allows the MinGW driver to both match
GNU ld better and simplifies the code for merging two (potentially
mismatching) arguments into one.
