[clang-format] Improve brace wrapping and add an option to control indentation of export { ... } (#110381)
`export { ... }` blocks can get a bit long, so I thought it would make
sense to have an option that makes it so their contents are not indented
(basically the same argument as for namespaces).

This is based on the `NamespaceIndentation` option, except that there is
no option to control the behaviour of `export` blocks when nested because
nesting them doesn’t really make sense.

Additionally, brace wrapping of short `export { ... }` blocks is now controlled by the
`AllowShortBlocksOnASingleLine` option. There is no separate option just for `export`
blocks because you can just write e.g. `export int x;` instead of `export { int x; }`.

This closes #121723.

[clang-format] Handle pointer/reference in macro definitions (#107074)
A macro definition needs its own scope stack in the annotator, so we add
the MacroBodyScopes stack and use ScopeStack to refer to it when in the
macro definition body.

Also, we need to have a scope type for a child block because its parent
line is parsed (and thus the scope type for the braces is popped off the
scope stack) before the lines in the child block are.

Fixes #99271.

01402831aa [clang-format] Add simple macro replacements in formatting.
Add configuration to specify macros.
Macros will be expanded, and the code will be parsed and annotated
in the expanded state. In a second step, the formatting decisions
in the annotated expanded code will be reconstructed onto the
original unexpanded macro call.

Eventually, this will allow to remove special-case code for
various macro options we accumulated over the years in favor of
one principled mechanism.

037669de8b [clang-format] Do not parse certain characters in pragma directives
Currently, we parse lines inside of a compiler `#pragma` the same way we
parse any other line. This is fine for some cases, like separating
expressions and adding proper spacing, but in others it causes some poor
results from miscategorizing some tokens.

For example, the OpenMP offloading uses certain clauses that contain
special characters like `map(tofrom : A[0:N])`. This will be formatted
poorly as it will be split between lines on the first colon.
Additionally the subscript notation will lead to poor spacing. This can
be seen in the OpenMP tests as the automatic clang formatting with
inevitably ruin the formatting.

For example, the following contrived example will be formatted poorly.

This results in this when formatted, which is far from ideal.

This patch seeks to improve this by adding extra logic where the parsing goes
awry. This is primarily caused by the colon being parsed as an inline-asm
directive and the brackes an objective-C expressions. Also the line gets
indented every single time the line is dropped.

This doesn't implement true parsing handling for OpenMP statements.

Previously, when an UnwrappedLine began with a hash in a macro
definition, the program incorrectly assumed the line was a preprocessor
directive.  It should be stringification.

The rule in spaceRequiredBefore was added in 8b5297117b.  Its purpose is
to add a space in an include directive.  It also added a space to a
template opener when the line began with a stringification hash.  So we
changed it.

6db0c18b1a [clang-format] Handle Verilog modules
Now things inside hierarchies like modules and interfaces are
indented.  When the module header spans multiple lines, all except the
first line are indented as continuations.  We added the property
`IsContinuation` to mark lines that should be indented this way.

In order that the colons inside square brackets don't get labeled as
`TT_ObjCMethodExpr`, we added a check to only use this type when the
language is not Verilog.

e8a301f87f clang-format: better handle namespace macros
Summary:
Other macros are used to declare namespaces, and should thus be handled
similarly. This is the case for crpcut's TESTSUITE macro, or for
unittest-cpp's SUITE macro:

      TEST(MyFirstTest) {
        assert(0);
      }
      } // TESTSUITE(Foo)

This patch deals with this cases by introducing a new option to specify
lists of namespace macros. Internally, it re-uses the system already in
place for foreach and statement macros, to ensure there is no impact on
performance.

2946cd7010 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

6f3778c372 clang-format: Fix formatting C++ namespaces with preceding 'inline' or 'export' specifier
This fixes formatting namespaces with preceding 'inline' and 'export' (Modules TS) specifiers.

This change fixes namespaces not being identified as such with preceding 'inline' or 'export' specifiers.

Motivation: I was experimenting with the Modules TS (-fmodules-ts) and found it would be useful if clang-format would correctly format 'export namespace'. While making the changes, I noticed that similar issues still exist with 'inline namespace', and addressed them as well.

9fc8faf9e6 Remove \brief commands from doxygen comments.
This is similar to the LLVM change https://reviews.llvm.org/D46290.

We've been running doxygen with the autobrief option for a couple of
years now. This makes the \brief markers into our comments
redundant. Since they are a visual distraction and we don't want to
encourage more \brief markers in new code either, this patch removes
them all.

0dddcf78b8 Format closing braces when reformatting the line containing the opening brace.
This required a couple of yaks to be shaved:
1. MatchingOpeningBlockLineIndex was misused to also store the
   closing index; instead, use a second variable, as this doesn't
   work correctly for "} else {".
2. We needed to change the API of AffectedRangeManager to not
   use iterators; we always passed in begin / end for the whole
   container before, so there was no mismatch in generality.
3. We need an extra check to discontinue formatting at the top
   level, as we now sometimes change the indent of the closing
   brace, but want to bail out immediately afterwards, for
   example:
     void f() {
       if (a) {
     }
     void g();
   Previously:
     void f() {
       if (a) {
     }
     void g();
   Now:
     void f() {
       if (a) {
       }
     void g();
