[clang][Sema, Lex, Parse] Preprocessor embed in C and C++ (and Obj-C and Obj-C++ by-proxy) (#68620)
This commit implements the entirety of the now-accepted [N3017 -
Preprocessor
Embed](https://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg14/www/docs/n3017.htm) and
its sister C++ paper [p1967](https://wg21.link/p1967). It implements
everything in the specification, and includes an implementation that
drastically improves the time it takes to embed data in specific
scenarios (the initialization of character type arrays). The mechanisms
used to do this are used under the "as-if" rule, and in general when the
system cannot detect it is initializing an array object in a variable
declaration, will generate EmbedExpr AST node which will be expanded
by AST consumers (CodeGen or constant expression evaluators) or
expand embed directive as a comma expression.

[OpenACC] Loop construct basic Sema and AST work (#93742)
This patch implements the 'loop' construct AST, as well as the basic
appertainment rule. Additionally, it sets up the 'parent' compute
construct, which is necessary for codegen/other diagnostics.

A 'loop' can apply to a for or range-for loop, otherwise it has no other
restrictions (though some of its clauses do).

193e9007ef [OpenACC][NFC] Fix begin loc and split it from the directive location
I discovered while working on something else that we were using the
location of the directive name as the 'beginloc' which caused some
problems in a few places. This patch makes it so our beginloc is the
'#' as we originally designed, and then adds a DirectiveLoc concept to a
construct for use diagnosing the name.

[Clang][Sema] Avoid pack expansion for expanded empty PackIndexingExprs (#92385)
We previously doubled the id-expression expansion, even when the pack
was expanded to empty. The previous condition for determining whether we
should expand couldn't distinguish between cases where 'the expansion
was previously postponed' and 'the expansion occurred but resulted in
emptiness.'

In the latter scenario, we crash because we have not been examining the
current lambda's parent local instantiation scope since
[D98068](https://reviews.llvm.org/D98068): Any Decls instantiated in the
parent scope are not visible to the generic lambda, and thus any attempt
of looking for instantiated Decls in the lambda is capped to the current
Lambda's LIS.

[NFC] Generalize ArraySections to work for OpenACC in the future (#89639)
OpenACC is going to need an array sections implementation that is a
simpler version/more restrictive version of the OpenMP version.

This patch moves `OMPArraySectionExpr` to `Expr.h` and renames it `ArraySectionExpr`,
then adds an enum to choose between the two.

This also fixes a couple of 'drive-by' issues that I discovered on the way,
but leaves the OpenACC Sema parts reasonably unimplemented (no semantic
analysis implementation), as that will be a followup patch.

Reapply "[Clang][Sema] Fix crash when 'this' is used in a dependent class scope function template specialization that instantiates to a static member function (#87541, #88311)" (#88731)
Reapplies #87541 and #88311 (again) addressing the bug which caused
expressions naming overload sets to be incorrectly rebuilt, as well as
the bug which caused base class members to always be treated as overload
sets.

The primary change since #88311 is `UnresolvedLookupExpr::Create` is called directly in `BuildPossibleImplicitMemberExpr` with `KnownDependent` as `true` (which causes the expression type to be set to `ASTContext::DependentTy`). This ensures that any further semantic analysis involving the type of the potentially implicit class member access expression is deferred until instantiation.

[OpenMP][CodeGen] Improved codegen for combined loop directives (#87278)
IR for 'target teams loop' is now dependent on suitability of associated
loop-nest.

If a loop-nest:

- does not contain a function call, or
- the -fopenmp-assume-no-nested-parallelism has been specified,
- or the call is to an OpenMP API AND
- does not contain nested loop bind(parallel) directives

then it can be emitted as 'target teams distribute parallel for', which
is the current default. Otherwise, it is emitted as 'target teams
distribute'.

Added debug output indicating how 'target teams loop' was emitted. Flag
is -mllvm -debug-only=target-teams-loop-codegen

Added LIT tests explicitly verifying 'target teams loop' emitted as a
parallel loop and a distribute loop.

Updated other 'loop' related tests as needed to reflect change in IR.
- These updates account for most of the changed files and
additions/deletions.

[Clang] [Sema] Fix dependence of DREs in lambdas with an explicit object parameter (#84473)
This fixes some problems wrt dependence of captures in lambdas with
an explicit object parameter.

[temp.dep.expr] states that
> An id-expression is type-dependent if [...] its terminal name is
> - associated by name lookup with an entity captured by copy
> ([expr.prim.lambda.capture]) in a lambda-expression that has
> an explicit object parameter whose type is dependent [dcl.fct].

There were several issues with our implementation of this:
1. we were treating by-reference captures as dependent rather than
   by-value captures;
2. tree transform wasn't checking whether referring to such a
   by-value capture should make a DRE dependent;
3. when checking whether a DRE refers to such a by-value capture, we
were only looking at the immediately enclosing lambda, and not
   at any parent lambdas;
4. we also forgot to check for implicit by-value captures;
5. lastly, we were attempting to determine whether a lambda has an
explicit object parameter by checking the `LambdaScopeInfo`'s
`ExplicitObjectParameter`, but it seems that that simply wasn't
set (yet) by the time we got to the check.

All of these should be fixed now.

This fixes #70604, #79754, #84163, #84425, #86054, #86398, and #86399.

[Clang][AST][NFC] MemberExpr stores NestedNameSpecifierLoc and DeclAccessPair separately (#86678)
Currently, `MemberExpr` allocates a trailing `MemberExprNameQualifier`
object if it either has a `NestedNameSpecifierLoc`, or if it names a
member found via using declaration. Since the presence of a
_nested-name-specifier_ does not necessarily imply the named member was
found via using declaration, this patch removes
`MemberExprNameQualifier` and allocates the members separately.

[OpenACC] Implement AST for OpenACC Compute Constructs (#81188)
'serial', 'parallel', and 'kernel' constructs are all considered
'Compute' constructs. This patch creates the AST type, plus the required
infrastructure for such a type, plus some base types that will be useful
in the future for breaking this up.

The only difference between the three is the 'kind'( plus some minor
clause legalization rules, but those can be differentiated easily
enough), so rather than representing them as separate AST nodes, it
seems
to make sense to make them the same.

Additionally, no clause AST functionality is being implemented yet, as
that fits better in a separate patch, and this is enough to get the
'naked' constructs implemented.

This is otherwise an 'NFC' patch, as it doesn't alter execution at all,
so there aren't any tests. I did this to break up the review workload
and to get feedback on the layout.

2203a4e6e0 [NFC] [Serialization] Improve AST serialization by reordering packed
bits and extract big bits from packed bits

Previously I tried to improve the size of .pcm files by introducing
packed bits. And I find we can improve it further by reordering the
bits.

The secret comes from the VBR format. We can find the formal definition
of VBR format in the doc of LLVM. The VBR format will be pretty
efficicent for small numbers.

For example, if we need to pack 8 bits into a value and the stored value
is 0xf0, the actual stored value will be 0b000111'110000, which takes 12
bits actually. However, if we changed the order to be 0x0f, then we
can store it as 0b001111, which takes 6 bits only now.

So we can improve the size by placing bits with lower probability to be
1 in the higher bits and extract bit bigs from the packed bits to make
it possible to be optimized by VBR.

After this patch, the size of std module becomes to 27.7MB from 28.1MB.

After this patch, the size of the BMI for std module reduce from 28.94MB

This was reverted due to it broke the build of lldb. The reason that we
skip the serialization of a source location incorrectly. And this patch
now fixes that.

4b163e343c Implement mangling rules for C++20 concepts and requires-expressions.
This implements proposals from:

- https://github.com/itanium-cxx-abi/cxx-abi/issues/24: mangling for
  constraints, requires-clauses, requires-expressions.
- https://github.com/itanium-cxx-abi/cxx-abi/issues/31: requires-clauses and
template parameters in a lambda expression are mangled into the <lambda-sig>.
- https://github.com/itanium-cxx-abi/cxx-abi/issues/47 (STEP 3): mangling for
template argument is prefixed by mangling of template parameter declaration
if it's not "obvious", for example because the template parameter is
constrained (we already implemented STEP 1 and STEP 2).

This changes the manglings for a few cases:

- Functions and function templates with constraints.
- Function templates with template parameters with deduced types:
  `typename<auto N> void f();`
- Function templates with template template parameters where the argument has a
  different template-head:
  `template<template<typename...T>> void f(); f<std::vector>();`

In each case where a mangling changed, the change fixes a mangling collision.

Note that only function templates are affected, not class templates or variable
templates, and only new constructs (template parameters with deduced types,
constrained templates) and esoteric constructs (templates with template
template parameters with non-matching template template arguments, most of
which Clang still does not accept by default due to
`-frelaxed-template-template-args` not being enabled by default), so the risk
to ABI stability from this change is relatively low. Nonetheless,
`-fclang-abi-compat=17` can be used to restore the old manglings for cases
which we could successfully but incorrectly mangle before.

c2bf9baf59 Add a concept AST node.
This patch adds a concept AST node (`ConceptLoc`) and uses it at the corresponding places.

There are three objects that might have constraints via concepts:
`TypeConstraint`, `ConceptSpecializationExpr` and `AutoTypeLoc`.
The first two inherit from `ConceptReference` while the latter has
the information about a possible constraint directly stored in `AutoTypeLocInfo`. It would be nice if the concept information would be stored the same way in all three cases.

Moreover the current structure makes it difficult to deal with these concepts. For example in Clangd accessing the locations of constraints of a `AutoTypeLoc` can only be done with quite ugly hacks.

So we think that it makes sense to create a new AST node for such concepts.

In details we propose the following:
- Rename `ConceptReference` to `ConceptLoc` (or something else what is approriate)
and make it the new AST node.
- `TypeConstraint` and `ConceptSpecializationExpr` do not longer inherit from `ConceptReference` but store a pointer to a `ConceptLoc`.
- `AutoTypeLoc` stores a pointer to `ConceptLoc` instead of storing the concept info in `AutoTypeLocInfo`.

This patch implements a first version of this idea which compiles and where the existing tests pass.
To make this patch as small as possible we keep the existing member functions to access concept data. Later these can be replaced by directly calling the corresponding functions of the `ConceptLoc`s.

12728e1449 [C] Support _Generic expressions with a type operand
_Generic accepts an expression operand whose type is matched against a
list of associations. The expression operand is unevaluated, but the
type matched is the type after lvalue conversion. This conversion loses
type information, which makes it more difficult to match against
qualified or incomplete types.

This extension allows _Generic to accept a type operand instead of an
expression operand. The type operand form does not undergo any
conversions and is matched directly against the association list.

This extension is also supported in C++ as we already supported
_Generic selection expressions there.
