42eea2b69b [AIX] Enable int128 in 64 bit mode 
This patch remove the override in AIX target,
so the int128 is enabled in 64 bit mode or with ForceEnableInt128.

4b5baa5b82 Handle 128-bits IntegerLiterals in StmtPrinter 
This fixes PR35677: "int128_t or uint128_t as non-type template
parameter causes crash when considering invalid constructor".
