There isn't full agreement on a path forward yet, but there is agreement that
this shouldn't land as-is.  See discussion on https://reviews.llvm.org/D105338

Also reverts unreviewed "[clang] Improve `-Wnull-dereference` diag to be more in-line with reality"

* Drop any mention of `volatile`.

* Drop address space check - it really doesn't affect the behavior,

33be563229 [analyzer] Make valist.Uninitialized depend on ValistBase 
Accidentally left this dependency out, resulting in an assert failure if
only valist.Uninitialized is enabled from the valist package.

dbf2790a1f [analyzer] Improve valist checks and move it out from alpha state. 
This patch makes the valist check more robust to the different AST variants on
different platforms and also fixes a FIXME.
