A clang user pointed out that messages for the static analyzer undefined
assignment checker use the term ‘garbage’, which might have a negative
connotation to some users. This change updates the messages to use the
term ‘uninitialized’. This is the usual reason why a value is undefined
in the static analyzer and describes the logical error that a programmer
should take action to fix.
Out-of-bounds reads can also produce undefined values in the static
analyzer. The right long-term design is to have to the array bounds
checker cover out-of-bounds reads, so we do not cover that case in the
updated messages. The recent improvements to the array bounds checker
make it a candidate to add to the core set of checkers.

without prototypes. This patch converts the function signatures to have
a prototype for the situations where the test is not specific to K&R C
declarations. e.g.,
void func();
becomes
void func(void);
This is the ninth batch of tests being updated (there are a
significant number of other tests left to be updated).
Converting a pointer to an integer whose result cannot represented in the
integer type is undefined behavior is C and prohibited in C++. C++ already
has a diagnostic when casting. This adds a diagnostic for C.
Since this diagnostic uses the range of the conversion it also modifies
int-to-pointer-cast diagnostic to use a range.
Fixes PR8718: No warning on casting between pointer and non-pointer-sized int

The patch also simplifies an assume of a constraint of the form: "(exp comparison_op expr) != 0" to true into an assume of "exp comparison_op expr" to true. (And similarly, an assume of the form "(exp comparison_op expr) == 0" to true as an assume of exp comparison_op expr to false.) which improves precision overall.

In C, 'void' is treated like any other incomplete type, and though it is
never completed, you can cast the address of a void-typed variable to do
something useful. (In C++ it's illegal to declare a variable with void type.)
Previously we asserted on this code; now we just treat it like any other
incomplete type.
And speaking of incomplete types, we don't know their extent. Actually
check that in TypedValueRegion::getExtent, though that's not being used
by any checkers that are on by default.

This is important because sometimes two nodes are identical, except the
second one is a sink.
This bug has probably been around for a while, but it wouldn't have been an
issue in the old report graph algorithm. I'm ashamed to say I actually looked
at this the first time around and thought it would never be a problem...and
then didn't include an assertion to back that up.

as a result of a call.
Problem:
Global variables, which come in from system libraries should not be
invalidated by all calls. Also, non-system globals should not be
invalidated by system calls.
Solution:
The following solution to invalidation of globals seems flexible enough
for taint (does not invalidate stdin) and should not lead to too
many false positives. We split globals into 3 classes:
* immutable - values are preserved by calls (unless the specific
global is passed in as a parameter):
A : Most system globals and const scalars
* invalidated by functions defined in system headers:
B: errno
* invalidated by all other functions (note, these functions may in
turn contain system calls):
B: errno
C: all other globals (which are not in A nor B)

Also, have Environment stop looking through NoOp casts; it didn't match the behavior of LiveVariables. And once that's gone, the whole cast block of that switch is unnecessary.
