1b1c8d83d3 [Clang/Test]: Rename enable_noundef_analysis to disable-noundef-analysis and turn it off by default
Turning on `enable_noundef_analysis` flag allows better codegen by removing freeze instructions.
I modified clang by renaming `enable_noundef_analysis` flag to `disable-noundef-analysis` and turning it off by default.

Test updates are made as a separate patch: D108453

[Clang/Test]: Rename enable_noundef_analysis to disable-noundef-analysis and turn it off by default (2)

This patch updates test files after D105169.
Autogenerated test codes are changed by `utils/update_cc_test_checks.py,` and non-autogenerated test codes are changed as follows:

(1) I wrote a python script that (partially) updates the tests using regex: {F18594904} The script is not perfect, but I believe it gives hints about which patterns are updated to have `noundef` attached.

(2) The remaining tests are updated manually.

fd739804e0 [test] Add {{.*}} to make ELF tests immune to dso_local/dso_preemptable/(none) differences
For a default visibility external linkage definition, dso_local is set for ELF
-fno-pic/-fpie and COFF and Mach-O. Since default clang -cc1 for ELF is similar
to -fpic ("PIC Level" is not set), this nuance causes unneeded binary format differences.

To make emitted IR similar, ELF -cc1 -fpic will default to -fno-semantic-interposition,
which sets dso_local for default visibility external linkage definitions.

To make this flip smooth and enable future (dso_local as definition default),
this patch replaces (function) `define ` with `define{{.*}} `,
(variable/constant/alias) `= ` with `={{.*}} `, or inserts appropriate `{{.*}} `.

789a46f2d7 [CodeGenModule] Assume dso_local for -fpic -fno-semantic-interposition
Summary:
Clang -fpic defaults to -fno-semantic-interposition (GCC -fpic defaults
to -fsemantic-interposition).
Users need to specify -fsemantic-interposition to get semantic
interposition behavior.

Semantic interposition is currently a best-effort feature. There may
still be some cases where it is not handled well.

35668cc401 A number of test cases assume that an "int" parameter or return value
will be represented in the IR as a plain "i32" type. This causes the
tests to spuriously fail on platforms where int is not a 32-bit type,
or where the ABI requires attributes like "signext" or "zeroext" to
be used.

This patch adds -triple or -target parameters to force those tests
to use the i386-unknown-unknown target.

273fd772ab Fix our handling of #pragma GCC visibility.
Now the lexer just produces a token and the parser is the one responsible for
activating it.
This fixes problem like the one pr11797 where the lexer and the parser were not
in sync. This also let us be more strict on where in the file we accept
these pragmas.

2faf32c4fd Treat visibility on an enclosing namespace as a non-explicit source of
visibility. Fixes PR8713.

I've disabled a test which was testing that you can #pragma pop visibility
to get out of a namespace's visibility attribute. We should probably just
diagnose that as an error unless it's instrumental to someone's system
headers.
