[Driver] Remove a bunch of unnecessary REQUIRES constraints (#94055)
Removed foo-registered-target constraints from a bunch of tests, because
mostly the driver doesn't need to have a target availabile. I ran
check-clang-driver using a build with only the XCore target, and these
all passed.

There are ~50 tests that still have foo-registered-target, and it looks
like most of them are either doing codegen when they don't need to, or
don't really belong in the Driver tests. But that's a task for another
day.

[AMDGPU] Introduce Code Object V6 (#76954)
Introduce Code Object V6 in Clang, LLD, Flang and LLVM. This is the same
as V5 except a new "generic version" flag can be present in EFLAGS. This
is related to new generic targets that'll be added in a follow-up patch.
It's also likely V6 will have new changes (possibly new metadata
entries) added later.

Docs change are part of the follow-up patch #76955

V3 has been deprecated for a while as well, so it can safely be removed
like V2 was removed.

- [Clang] Set minimum code object version to 4

- Remove code object V3 from the AMDGPU backend, and delete or port v3
tests to v4.

[AMDGPU] Remove Code Object V2 (#65715)
Code Object V2 has been deprecated for more than a year now. We can
safely remove it from LLVM.

- [clang] Remove support for the `-mcode-object-version=2` option.
- [lld] Remove/refactor tests that were still using COV2
- [llvm] Update AMDGPUUsage.rst
- Code Object V2 docs are left for informational purposes because those
code objects may still be supported by the runtime/loaders for a while.
- [AMDGPU] Remove COV2 emission capabilities.
- [AMDGPU] Remove `MetadataStreamerYamlV2` which was only used by COV2
- [AMDGPU] Update all tests that were still using COV2 - They are either
deleted or ported directly to code object v4 (as v3 is also planned to
be removed soon).

f39c399d9d [Driver] -###: exit with code 1 if hasErrorOccurred
The exit code for -### is inconsistent. Unrecognized options lead to
exit code 1, as expected. However, most others errors (including invalid
option value) lead to exit code 0, differing from GCC and most utilities.

This is a longstanding quirk of -###, and we didn't fix it because many
driver tests need adjustment.

Change -### to be similar to -fdriver-only -v and exit with code 1.

This requires fixing many driver tests, but the end result gives us
stronger tests.

* Existing `RUN: %clang -### ...` tests usually don't use `CHECK-NOT: error:` or `--implicit-check-not=error:`.
If a change introduces an error, such a change usually cannot be detected.
* Many folks contributing new tests don't know `-fdriver-only -v`.
To test no driver error/warning for new tests, they can use the familiar `-### -Werror`
  instead of `-fdriver-only -v -Werror`.

30e7cd4877 [clang] Remove legacy -m(no)-code-object-v3 options
Code object V2 and V3 have been deprecated for a long time.
They're now scheduled to be removed completely from LLVM in the coming weeks/months.

There is no reason to support those legacy options anymore as they've
also been deprecated for a long time.

1d97cb1f6e [HIP] Emit amdgpu_code_object_version module flag
code object version determines ABI, therefore should not be mixed.

This patch emits amdgpu_code_object_version module flag in LLVM IR
based on code object version (default 4).

The amdgpu_code_object_version value is code object version times 100.

LLVM IR with different amdgpu_code_object_version module flag cannot
be linked.

The -cc1 option -mcode-object-version=none is for ROCm device library use
only, which supports multiple ABI.

d4e4ef2e81 [HIP] Support code object v5
New device library supporting v4 and v5 has abi_version_400.bc and abi

For v5, abi_version_500.bc is linked.

For v2-4, abi_version_400.bc is linked.

For old device library, for v2-4, none of the above is linked. For v5,
error is emitted about unsupported ABI version.

fc88d927e3 [clang][amdgpu] Use implicit code object version
[clang][amdgpu] Use implicit code object version

At present, clang always passes amdhsa-code-object-version on to -cc1. That is
great for certainty over what object version is being used when debugging.

Unfortunately, the command line argument is in AMDGPUBaseInfo.cpp in the amdgpu
target. If clang is used with an llvm compiled with DLLVM_TARGETS_TO_BUILD
that excludes amdgpu, this will be diagnosed (as discovered via D98658):

- Unknown command line argument '--amdhsa-code-object-version=4'

This means that clang, built only for X86, can be used to compile the nvptx
devicertl for openmp but not the amdgpu one. That would shortly spawn fragile
logic in the devicertl cmake to try to guess whether the clang used will work.

This change omits the amdhsa-code-object-version parameter when it matches the
default that AMDGPUBaseInfo.cpp specifies, with a comment to indicate why. As
this is the only part of clang's codegen for amdgpu that depends on the target
in the back end it suffices to build the openmp runtime on most (all?) systems.

It is a non-functional change, though observable in the updated tests and when
compiling with -###. It may cause minor disruption to the amd-stg-open branch.
