0f1c1be196 [clang] Remove rdar links; NFC
We have a new policy in place making links to private resources
something we try to avoid in source and test files. Normally, we'd
organically switch to the new policy rather than make a sweeping change
across a project. However, Clang is in a somewhat special circumstance
currently: recently, I've had several new contributors run into rdar
links around test code which their patch was changing the behavior of.
This turns out to be a surprisingly bad experience, especially for
newer folks, for a handful of reasons: not understanding what the link
is and feeling intimidated by it, wondering whether their changes are
actually breaking something important to a downstream in some way,
having to hunt down strangers not involved with the patch to impose on
them for help, accidental pressure from asking for potentially private
IP to be made public, etc. Because folks run into these links entirely
by chance (through fixing bugs or working on new features), there's not
really a set of problematic links to focus on -- all of the links have
basically the same potential for causing these problems. As a result,
this is an omnibus patch to remove all such links.

This was not a mechanical change; it was done by manually searching for
rdar, radar, radr, and other variants to find all the various
problematic links. From there, I tried to retain or reword the
surrounding comments so that we would lose as little context as
possible. However, because most links were just a plain link with no
supporting context, the majority of the changes are simple removals.

This reverts commit d618f1c3b12effd0c2bdb7d02108d3551f389d3d.
This commit wasn't reviewed ahead of time and significant concerns were
raised immediately after it landed. According to our developer policy
this warrants immediate revert of the commit.

d618f1c3b1 Remove rdar links; NFC
This removes links to rdar, which is an internal bug tracker that the
community doesn't have visibility into.

7de7161304 Use functions with prototypes when appropriate; NFC
A significant number of our tests in C accidentally use functions
without prototypes. This patch converts the function signatures to have
a prototype for the situations where the test is not specific to K&R C
declarations. e.g.,

  void func();

becomes

  void func(void);

This is the sixth batch of tests being updated (there are a significant
number of other tests left to be updated).

2b2b1a9200 ObjC Class Property: diagnostics when accessing a class property using instance.
When a class property is accessed with an object instance, before this commit,
we try to apply a typo correction of the same property:
property 'c' not found on object of type 'A *'; did you mean 'c'?

With this commit, we correctly emit a diagnostics:
property 'c' is a class property; did you mean to access it with class 'A'?

c68e140657 Improve diagnostics when we fail to convert from a source type to a
destination type for initialization, assignment, parameter-passing,
etc. The main issue fixed here is that we used rather confusing
wording for diagnostics such as

t.c:2:9: warning: initializing 'char const [2]' discards qualifiers,
      expected 'char *' [-pedantic]
  char *name = __func__;
        ^      ~~~~~~~~

We're not initializing a 'char const [2]', we're initializing a 'char
*' with an expression of type 'char const [2]'. Similar problems
existed for other diagnostics in this area, so I've normalized them all
with more precise descriptive text to say what we're
initializing/converting/assigning/etc. from and to. The warning for
the code above is now:

t.c:2:9: warning: initializing 'char *' from an expression of type
      'char const [2]' discards qualifiers [-pedantic]
  char *name = __func__;
        ^      ~~~~~~~~

Fixes <rdar://problem/7447179>.

8fbe78f6fc Update tests to use %clang_cc1 instead of 'clang-cc' or 'clang -cc1'.
- This is designed to make it obvious that %clang_cc1 is a "test variable"
   which is substituted. It is '%clang_cc1' instead of '%clang -cc1' because it
   can be useful to redefine what gets run as 'clang -cc1' (for example, to set
   a default target).

ace5d07e50 When trying to assign a regular string literal to an Objective-C 'id' type or a pointer to an NSString, emit a code insertion hint that turns it into an Objective-C string. For example:
@class NSString;

@interface Test
+ (void)test:(NSString *)string;
@end

void g(NSString *a);

void f() {
  NSString *a = "Foo";
  g("Foo");
  [Test test:"Foo"];
}

will produce

t.m:10:17: warning: incompatible pointer types initializing 'char [4]', expected 'NSString *'
  NSString *a = "Foo";
                ^~~~~
                @
t.m:11:5: warning: incompatible pointer types passing 'char [4]', expected 'NSString *'
  g("Foo");

t.m:12:14: warning: incompatible pointer types sending 'char [4]', expected 'NSString *'
  [Test test:"Foo"];

             @
