[clang][modules] Deprecate module.map in favor of module.modulemap (#75142)
This patch deprecates `module.map` in favor of `module.modulemap`, which
has been the preferred form since 2014. The eventual goal is to remove
support for `module.map` to reduce the number of stats Clang needs to do
while searching for module map files.

This patch touches a lot of files, but the majority of them are just
renaming tests or references to the file in comments or documentation.

The relevant files are:
* lib/Lex/HeaderSearch.cpp
* include/clang/Basic/DiagnosticGroups.td
* include/clang/Basic/DiagnosticLexKinds.td

a6ebd3083d [modules] Allow to validate system headers less often with -fmodules-validate-once-per-build-session.
Make flags `-fmodules-validate-system-headers` and
`-fmodules-validate-once-per-build-session` orthogonal, so they have
their own independent responsibilities - if system headers should be
validated and how often.

47972afd10 [modules] Simplify -cc1 interface for enabling implicit module maps.
We used to have a flag to enable module maps, and two more flags to enable
implicit module maps. This is all redundant; we don't need any flag for
enabling module maps in the abstract, and we don't usually have -fno- flags for
-cc1. We now have just a single flag, -fimplicit-module-maps, that enables
implicitly searching the file system for module map files and loading them.

The driver interface is unchanged for now. We should probably rename
-fmodule-maps to -fimplicit-module-maps at some point.

fa9df7af07 test: Disable standard system includes in %clang_cc1
This adds -nostdsysteminc to the %clang_cc1 expansion, which should
make it harder to accidentally write tests that depend on headers in
/usr/include. It also updates a few tests that use -isysroot <x> and a
darwin triple to omit the triple and use -isystem <x>/usr/include
instead, making them a little bit more general.

Incidentally, this fixes a test failure I'm seeing on darwin in
Modules/stddef.c, that happens because my system finds a stddef.h in
/usr/include.

dcf73861a5 Add an option -fmodules-validate-system-headers
When enabled, always validate the system headers when loading a module.
The end result of this is that when these headers change, we will notice
and rebuild the module.
