A significant number of our tests in C accidentally use functions
without prototypes. This patch converts the function signatures to have
a prototype for the situations where the test is not specific to K&R C
declarations. e.g.,
void func();
becomes
void func(void);
This is the seventh batch of tests being updated (there are a
significant number of other tests left to be updated).

Loop control variables are private in loop-based constructs and we shall
take this into account when generate the code for inner constructs.
Currently, those variables are reported as shared in many cases. Moved
the analysis of the data-sharing attributes of the loop control variable
to an early semantic stage to correctly handle their attributes.

Summary:
Some OpenMP clauses rely on the values of the variables. If the variable
is not initialized and used in OpenMP clauses that depend on the
variables values, it should be reported that the uninitialized variable
is used in the OpenMP clause expression.
This patch adds initial processing for uninitialized variables in OpenMP
constructs. Currently, it checks for use of the uninitialized variables
in the structured blocks.

OpenMP 4.5 defines new clause 'priority' for 'task', 'taskloop' and 'taskloop simd' directives. Added parsing and sema analysis for 'priority' clause in 'task' and 'taskloop' directives.

Add parsing/sema analysis for 'simdlen' clause in simd directives. Also add check that if both 'safelen' and 'simdlen' clauses are specified, the value of 'simdlen' parameter is less than the value of 'safelen' parameter.

OpenMP 4.1 adds 3 optional modifiers to 'linear' clause.
Format of 'linear' clause has changed to:

-fopenmp turns on OpenMP support and links libiomp5 as OpenMP library. Also there is -fopenmp={libiomp5|libgomp} option that allows to override effect of -fopenmp and link libgomp library (if -fopenmp=libgomp is specified).
