0f1c1be196 [clang] Remove rdar links; NFC
We have a new policy in place making links to private resources
something we try to avoid in source and test files. Normally, we'd
organically switch to the new policy rather than make a sweeping change
across a project. However, Clang is in a somewhat special circumstance
currently: recently, I've had several new contributors run into rdar
links around test code which their patch was changing the behavior of.
This turns out to be a surprisingly bad experience, especially for
newer folks, for a handful of reasons: not understanding what the link
is and feeling intimidated by it, wondering whether their changes are
actually breaking something important to a downstream in some way,
having to hunt down strangers not involved with the patch to impose on
them for help, accidental pressure from asking for potentially private
IP to be made public, etc. Because folks run into these links entirely
by chance (through fixing bugs or working on new features), there's not
really a set of problematic links to focus on -- all of the links have
basically the same potential for causing these problems. As a result,
this is an omnibus patch to remove all such links.

This was not a mechanical change; it was done by manually searching for
rdar, radar, radr, and other variants to find all the various
problematic links. From there, I tried to retain or reword the
surrounding comments so that we would lose as little context as
possible. However, because most links were just a plain link with no
supporting context, the majority of the changes are simple removals.

610ec954e1 [clang] allow const structs/unions/arrays to be constant expressions for C
For code like:
struct foo { ... };
struct bar { struct foo foo; };
const struct foo my_foo = { ... };
struct bar my_bar = { .foo = my_foo };

Eli Friedman points out the relevant part of the C standard seems to
have some flexibility in what is considered a constant expression:

6.6 paragraph 10:
An implementation may accept other forms of constant expressions.

GCC 8 added support for these, so clang not supporting them has been a
constant thorn in the side of source code portability within the Linux
kernel.

This reverts commit d618f1c3b12effd0c2bdb7d02108d3551f389d3d.
This commit wasn't reviewed ahead of time and significant concerns were
raised immediately after it landed. According to our developer policy
this warrants immediate revert of the commit.

This reverts commit 22e2db6010b029ebd4c6d3d1fd30224d8b3109ef.

flexible array members in unions

22e2db6010 [clang] Reject flexible array member in a union in C++
It was rejected in C, and in a strange way accepted in C++. However, the
support was never properly tested and fully implemented, so just reject
it in C++ mode as well.

This change also fixes crash on attempt to initialize union with flexible
array member. Due to missing check on union, there was a null expression
added to init list that caused crash later.

8c5edb59cf Use functions with prototypes when appropriate; NFC
A significant number of our tests in C accidentally use functions
without prototypes. This patch converts the function signatures to have
a prototype for the situations where the test is not specific to K&R C
declarations. e.g.,

  void func();

becomes

  void func(void);

This is the second batch of tests being updated (there are a significant
number of other tests left to be updated).

9658d895c8 [Sema] Adds the pointer-to-int-cast diagnostic
Converting a pointer to an integer whose result cannot represented in the
integer type is undefined behavior is C and prohibited in C++. C++ already
has a diagnostic when casting. This adds a diagnostic for C.

Since this diagnostic uses the range of the conversion it also modifies
int-to-pointer-cast diagnostic to use a range.

Fixes PR8718: No warning on casting between pointer and non-pointer-sized int

4c27ac2348 Make Expr::isConstantInitializer match IRGen.
Sema needs to be able to accurately determine what will be
emitted as a constant initializer and what will not, so
we get accurate errors in C and accurate -Wglobal-constructors
warnings in C++. This makes Expr::isConstantInitializer match
CGExprConstant as closely as possible.

a3208f9e7c Vector types are not arithmetic types, either. Note that we now ban
__real myvec and __imag myvec, since they aren't all that useful (it's
just an identity function) but we might want to use them in more
restricted cases in the future (e.g., "__real mycomplexvec" could
extract the real parts of a vector of complex numbers).

8fbe78f6fc Update tests to use %clang_cc1 instead of 'clang-cc' or 'clang -cc1'.
- This is designed to make it obvious that %clang_cc1 is a "test variable"

   can be useful to redefine what gets run as 'clang -cc1' (for example, to set

beecd58e21 Explictly track tentative definitions within Sema, then hand those
tentative definitions off to the ASTConsumer at the end of the
translation unit.

Eliminate CodeGen's internal tracking of tentative definitions, and
instead hook into ASTConsumer::CompleteTentativeDefinition. Also,
tweak the definition-deferal logic for C++, where there are no
tentative definitions.

Fixes <rdar://problem/6808352>, and will make it much easier for
