[libc++] Remove SFINAE on __tuple_impl constructors (#151654)
The SFINAE isn't required, since the primary `tuple` class already does
the SFINAE checks. This removes a bit of code that was only used for
these constraints.

This also moves the `tuple_element` specialization for `tuple` to
`__fwd/tuple.h` to avoid a dependency on `__tuple/sfinae_helpers.h`
(which should be moved in a follow-up).

[libc++] Refactor internal index_sequence API to match the public one (#149475)
The internal API is a lot more complicated than it actually needs to be.
This refactors the internal API to match the features and names of the
public one.

[libc++] Update polymorphic_allocator to never contain a nullptr (#148423)
According to `[mem.poly.allocator.ctor]` the pointer contained in
`polymorphic_allocator` can never be null. The default constructor uses
`get_default_resource()`, which never returns null and the constructor
taking a pointer explicitly has a precondition that the pointer is
non-null.

This patch adds a warning and an assertion in case a user passes a null
pointer to `polymorphic_allocator` as well as marking `resource()` to
never return null.

This also fixes some tests which contained UB.

Revert "[libc++] Introduce ABI sensitive areas to avoid requiring _LIBCPP_HIDE_FROM_ABI everywhere (#131156)" (#141756)
This reverts commit c861fe8a71e64f3d2108c58147e7375cd9314521.

Unfortunately, this use of hidden visibility attributes causes
user-defined specializations of standard-library types to also be marked
hidden by default, which is incorrect. See discussion thread on #131156.

...and also reverts the follow-up commits:

Revert "[libc++] Add explicit ABI annotations to functions from the block runtime declared in <__functional/function.h> (#140592)"
This reverts commit 3e4c9dc299c35155934688184319d391b298fff7.

Revert "[libc++] Make ABI annotations explicit for windows-specific code (#140507)"
This reverts commit f73287e623a6c2e4a3485832bc3e10860cd26eb5.

Revert "[libc++][NFC] Replace a few "namespace std" with the correct macro (#140510)"
This reverts commit 1d411f27c769a32cb22ce50b9dc4421e34fd40dd.

[libc++] Introduce ABI sensitive areas to avoid requiring _LIBCPP_HIDE_FROM_ABI everywhere (#131156)
This patch introduces `_LIBCPP_{BEGIN,END}_EXPLICIT_ABI_ANNOTATIONS`,
which allow us to have implicit annotations for most functions, and just
where it's not "hide_from_abi everything" we add explicit annotations.
This allows us to drop the `_LIBCPP_HIDE_FROM_ABI` macro from most
functions in libc++.

[libc++] Make the __availability header a sub-header of __config (#93083)
In essence, this header has always been related to configuration of
the library but we didn't want to put it inside <__config> due to
complexity reasons. Now that we have sub-headers in <__config>, we
can move <__availability> to it and stop including it everywhere since
we already obtain the required macros via <__config>.

[libc++] Refactor __tuple_like and __pair_like (#85206)
The exposition-only type trait `pair-like` includes `ranges::subrange`,
but in every single case excludes `ranges::subrange` from the list. This
patch introduces two new traits `__tuple_like_no_subrange` and
`__pair_like_no_subrange`, which exclude `ranges::subrange` from the
possible matches. `__pair_like` is no longer required, and thus removed.
`__tuple_like` is implemented as `__tuple_like_no_subrange` or a
`ranges::subrange` specialization.

cd0ad4216c [libc++][hardening][NFC] Introduce _LIBCPP_ASSERT_UNCATEGORIZED.
Replace most uses of `_LIBCPP_ASSERT` with
`_LIBCPP_ASSERT_UNCATEGORIZED`.

This is done as a prerequisite to introducing hardened mode to libc++.
The idea is to make enabling assertions an opt-in with (somewhat)
fine-grained controls over which categories of assertions are enabled.
The vast majority of assertions are currently uncategorized; the new
macro will allow turning on `_LIBCPP_ASSERT` (the underlying mechanism
for all kinds of assertions) without enabling all the uncategorized
assertions (in the future; this patch preserves the current behavior).

2da049a141 [libc++] Add incomplete availability markup for std::pmr
This fixes rdar://110330781, which asked for the feature-test macro
for std::pmr to take into account the deployment target. It doesn't
fix https://llvm.org/PR62212, though, because the availability markup
itself must be disabled until some Clang bugs have been fixed.

This is pretty vexing, however at least everything should work once
those Clang bugs have been fixed. In the meantime, this patch at least
adds the required markup (as disabled) and ensures that the feature-test
macro for std::pmr is aware of the deployment target requirement.

7458908f12 [libc++] Improve binary size when using __transaction
__exception_guard is a no-op in -fno-exceptions mode to produce better code-gen. This means that we don't provide the strong exception guarantees. However, Clang doesn't generate cleanup code with exceptions disabled, so even if we wanted to provide the strong exception guarantees we couldn't. This is also only relevant for constructs with a stack of -fexceptions > -fno-exceptions > -fexceptions code, since the exception can't be caught where exceptions are disabled. While -fexceptions > -fno-exceptions is quite common (e.g. libc++.dylib > -fno-exceptions), having another layer with exceptions enabled seems a lot less common, especially one that tries to catch an exception through -fno-exceptions code.

243da90ea5 [libc++] Add the C++17 <memory_resource> header (mono-patch)
This patch is the rebase and squash of three earlier patches.
It supersedes all three of them.

- D47111: experimental monotonic_buffer_resource.
- D47358: experimental pool resources.
- D47360: Copy std::experimental::pmr to std::pmr.

The significant difference between this patch and the-sum-of-those-three
is that this patch does not add `std::experimental::pmr::monotonic_buffer_resource`
and so on. This patch simply adds the C++17 standard facilities, and
leaves the `std::experimental` namespace entirely alone.
