[Clang] Add detailed notes explaining why is_constructible evaluates to false (Revert 16d5db7) (#151935)
Adds explanation why `is_constructible` evaluates to false.

This reapplies as-is e476f968bc8e438a0435d10934f148de570db8eb.
This was reverted in 16d5db71b3c38f21aa17783a8758f947dca5883f because of
a test failure in libc++.

The test failure in libc++ is interesting in that, in the absence of
nested diagnostics a bunch of diagnostics are emitted as error instead
of notes, which we cannot silence with `-verify-ignore-unexpected`.

The fix here is to prevent the diagnostics to be emitted in the first
place.
However this is clearly not ideal and we should make sure to deploy a
better solution in the clang 22 time frame, in the lines of
https://discourse.llvm.org/t/rfc-add-a-new-text-diagnostics-format-that-supports-nested-diagnostics/87641/12

Fixes #150601

16d5db71b3 Revert "[libc++][Clang] Added explanation why is_constructible evaluated to false. Updated the diagnostics checks in libc++ tests. (#144220)"
This reverts commit e476f968bc8e438a0435d10934f148de570db8eb.

It has introduced a failure tracked by https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/150601

One libcxx test fail if libcxx is build with no exceptions and no RTTI:
 - libcxx/utilities/expected/expected.expected/value.observers.verify.cpp

[libc++][Clang] Added explanation why is_constructible evaluated to false. Updated the diagnostics checks in libc++ tests. (#144220)
Added explanation why a is constructible evaluated to false. Also fixed
problem with ExtractTypeTraitFromExpression. In case std::is_xxx_v<>
with variadic pack it tries to get template argument, but fails in
expression Arg.getAsType() due to Arg.getKind() ==
TemplateArgument::ArgKind::Pack, but not
TemplateArgument::ArgKind::Type.

[libc++][NFC] Run the container tests through clang-format (#126499)
We've been improving these the tests for vector quite a bit and we are
probably not done improving our container tests. Formatting everything
at once will make subsequent reviews easier.

b82dcb624e [libc++] Move all the remaining .fail.cpp tests to .verify.cpp
I made sure they all had some expected-error output in them. Many of
these tests would be better implemented as a positive test using SFINAE,
but this is beyond the scope of this patch.

[libc++][test] Clean up libcxx/test/support/MoveOnly.h
Remove copy and copy assignment rather than have them as private declarations.
They are superfluous given the move and move assignment.

As a drive-by, also specialize `std::hash` without reopening `namespace std`.

31cbe0f240 [libc++] Remove the c++98 Lit feature from the test suite
C++98 and C++03 are effectively aliases as far as Clang is concerned.
As such, allowing both std=c++98 and std=c++03 as Lit parameters is
just slightly confusing, but provides no value. It's similar to allowing
both std=c++17 and std=c++1z, which we don't do.

This was discovered because we had an internal bot that ran the test
suite under both c++98 AND c++03 -- one of which is redundant.

77b9abfc8e [libc++] Complete overhaul of constexpr support in std::array
This commit adds missing support for constexpr in std::array under all

fccc4af658 [libc++] Re-enable warnings in the new format
When the new libc++ test format was enabled, warnings were accidentally
dropped cause they were not part of the %{compile_flags} substitution.
This commit adds them back, however `-Werror` is only used for non-verify
tests (cause it doesn't make sense for verify tests).

This commit is a re-application of 20fd62438004, which was reverted in
5ec6fdb0580b because it broke the C++03 bot. This failure should have
been fixed in b4fb705e77aa.

a5fa5f7cb8 [libc++] Do not force the use of -Werror in verify tests
Forcing -Werror and other warnings means that the test suite isn't
actually testing what most people are seeing in their code -- it seems
better and less arbitrary to compile these tests as close as possible
to the compiler default instead.

Removing -Werror also means that we get to differentiate between
diagnostics that are errors and those that are warnings, which makes
the test suite more precise.
