[IR] Remove FP cast constant expressions (#71408)
Remove support for the fptrunc, fpext, fptoui, fptosi, uitofp and sitofp
constant expressions. All places creating them have been removed
beforehand, so this just removes the APIs and uses of these constant
expressions in tests.

With this, the only remaining FP operation that still has constant
expression support is fcmp.

}

which means "execute _then_ if any lane has satisfied the _cnd_
condition".

[AMDGPU] ISel for @llvm.amdgcn.cs.chain intrinsic (#68186)
The @llvm.amdgcn.cs.chain intrinsic is essentially a call. The call
parameters are bundled up into 2 intrinsic arguments, one for those that
should go in the SGPRs (the 3rd intrinsic argument), and one for those
that should go in the VGPRs (the 4th intrinsic argument). Both will
often be some kind of aggregate.

Both instruction selection frameworks have some internal representation
for intrinsics (G_INTRINSIC[_WITH_SIDE_EFFECTS] for GlobalISel,
ISD::INTRINSIC_[VOID|WITH_CHAIN] for DAGISel), but we can't use those
because aggregates are dissolved very early on during ISel and we'd lose
the inreg information. Therefore, this patch shortcircuits both the
IRTranslator and SelectionDAGBuilder to lower this intrinsic as a call
from the very start. It tries to use the existing infrastructure as much
as possible, by calling into the code for lowering tail calls.

This has already gone through a few rounds of review in Phab:

[IR] Remove zext and sext constant expressions (#71040)
Remove support for zext and sext constant expressions. All places
creating them have been removed beforehand, so this just removes the
APIs and uses of these constant expressions in tests.

There is some additional cleanup that can be done on top of this, e.g.
we can remove the ZExtInst vs ZExtOperator footgun.

[AMDGPU] Tweak handling of GlobalAddress operands in SI_PC_ADD_REL_OFFSET (#70960)
When SI_PC_ADD_REL_OFFSET is expanded to S_GETPC/S_ADD/S_ADDC, the
GlobalAddress operands have to be adjusted by 4 or 12 bytes to account
for the offset from the end of the S_GETPC instruction to the literal
operands. Do this all in SIInstrInfo::expandPostRAPseudo instead of
duplicating the adjustment code in both AMDGPULegalizerInfo and
SITargetLowering. NFCI.

[AMDGPU][wmma] - Add tied wmma intrinsic (#69903)
These new intrinsics, `amdgcn_wmma_tied_f16_16x16x16_f16` and
`amdgcn_wmma_tied_f16_16x16x16_f16`,
explicitly tie the destination accumulator matrix to the input
accumulator matrix.

The `wmma_f16` and `wmma_bf16` intrinsics only write to 16-bit of the
32-bit destination VGPRs.
Which half is determined via the `op_sel` argument. The other half of
the destination registers remains unchanged.

In some cases however, we expect the destination to copy the other
halves from the input accumulator.
For instance, when packing two separate accumulator matrices into one.
In that case, the two matrices
are tied into the same registers, but separate halves. Then it is
important to copy the other matrix values
to the new destination.

[AMDGPU] Try to fix the block prologs broken by RA inserted instructions (#69924)
The insertion point determined by RA while attempting spills and liverange
split at the beginning of a block goes wrong at times, and the newly
inserted vector instructions are placed before the exec-mask restore
instruction which is wrong. It occurs mainly due to the dependency on
isBasicBlockPrologue that doesn't account early inserted instructions
(spills and splits) during RA and causes the block prolog break.

A better approach for deciding the insertion point should be worked out.
For now, improving the helper function to consider all possible early
insertions. This patch includes the spill instructions. The copies
associated with liverange split should also be included in the block
prolog.

[IR] Require that ptrmask mask matches pointer index size (#69343)
Currently, we specify that the ptrmask intrinsic allows the mask to have
any size, which will be zero-extended or truncated to the pointer size.

However, what semantics of the specified GEP expansion actually imply is
that the mask is only meaningful up to the pointer type *index* size --
any higher bits of the pointer will always be preserved. In other words,
the mask gets 1-extended from the index size to the pointer size. This
is also the behavior we want for CHERI architectures.

This PR makes two changes:
* It spells out the interaction with the pointer type index size more
explicitly.
* It requires that the mask matches the pointer type index size. The
intention here is to make handling of this intrinsic more robust, to
avoid accidental mix-ups of pointer size and index size in code
generating this intrinsic. If a zero-extend or truncate of the mask is
desired, it should just be done explicitly in IR. This also cuts down on
the amount of testing we have to do, and things transforms needs to
check for.

As far as I can tell, we don't actually support pointers with different
index type size at the SDAG level, so I'm just asserting the sizes match
there for now. Out-of-tree targets using different index sizes may need
to adjust that code.

[AMDGPU] Use absolute relocations when compiling for AMDPAL and Mesa3D (#67791)
The primary ISA-independent justification for using PC-relative
addressing is that it makes code position-independent and therefore
allows sharing of .text pages between processes.

When not sharing .text pages, we can use absolute relocations instead,
which will possibly prevent a bubble introduced by s_getpc_b64.

PR #66334 tried to renumber slot indexes before register allocation, but

length heuristics even less dependent on the history of how instructions
have been added to and removed from SlotIndexes's maps.

3686a0b611 [GlobalISel] LegalizationArtifactCombiner: Elide redundant G_AND
The legalizer currently generates lots of G_AND artifacts.
For example between boolean uses and defs there is always a G_AND with a mask of 1, but when the target uses ZeroOrOneBooleanContents, this is unnecessary.
Currently these artifacts have to be removed using post-legalize combines.
Omitting these artifacts at their source in the artifact combiner has a few advantages:
- We know that the emitted G_AND is very likely to be useless, so our KnownBits call is likely worth it.
- The G_AND and G_CONSTANT can interrupt e.g. G_UADDE/... sequences generated during legalization of wide adds which makes it harder to detect these sequences in the instruction selector (e.g. useful to prevent unnecessary reloading of AArch64 NZCV register).
- This cleans up a lot of legalizer output and even improves compilation-times.
AArch64 CTMark geomean: `O0` -5.6% size..text; `O0` and `O3` ~-0.9% compilation-time (instruction count).

Since this introduces KnownBits into code-paths used by `O0`, I reduced the default recursion depth.
This doesn't seem to make a difference in CTMark, but should prevent excessive recursive calls in the worst case.

0455596e1e [AMDGPU] Add DAG ISel support for preloaded kernel arguments
This patch adds the DAG isel changes for kernel argument preloading.
These changes are not usable with older firmware but subsequent patches
in the series will make the codegen backwards compatible. This patch
should only be submitted alongside that subsequent patch.

Preloading here begins from the start of the kernel arguments until the
amount of arguments indicated by the CL flag
amdgpu-kernarg-preload-count.

Aggregates and arguments passed by-ref are not supported.

Special care for the alignment of the kernarg segment is needed as well
as consideration of the alignment of addressable SGPR tuples when we
cannot directly use misaligned large tuples that the arguments are
loaded to.

e0919b189b [CodeGen] Renumber slot indexes before register allocation (#66334)
RegAllocGreedy uses SlotIndexes::getApproxInstrDistance to approximate
the length of a live range for its heuristics. Renumbering all slot
indexes with the default instruction distance ensures that this estimate
will be as accurate as possible, and will not depend on the history of
how instructions have been added to and removed from SlotIndexes's maps.

This also means that enabling -early-live-intervals, which runs the
SlotIndexes analysis earlier, will not cause large amounts of churn due
to different register allocator decisions.
