f5f746f1ef [OpenMP] Introduce '-f[no-]openmp-target-jit' flag to control JIT for offloading
JIT support for OpenMP offloading was introduced in D139287. This patch
adds a simple flag that enables this mode. It simply requires enabling
`-foffload-lto` mode and `--embed-bitcode` in the linker wrapper. This
option implies LTO if it is not enabled.

83cec143c7 [clang] Change CodeGenOptions::RelaxELFRelocations/assembler defaults to match MC default
MC default was flipped in 2016.
CMake ENABLE_X86_RELAX_RELOCATIONS defaults to on in 2020 (c41a18cf61790fc898dcda1055c3efbf442c14c0).
It makes sense for the CodeGenOptions::RelaxELFRelocations to match, so
that most -cc1/-cc1as command lines won't have this option.

This also fixes a minor issue: -fno-plt -S will now use GOT for
__tls_get_addr calls, matching -fno-plt -c.

69243cdb92 Remove incorrectly implemented -mibt-seal
The option from D116070 does not work as intended and will not be needed when
hidden visibility is used. A function needs ENDBR if it may be reached
indirectly. If we make ThinLTO combine the address-taken property (close to
`!GV.use_empty() && !GV.hasAtLeastLocalUnnamedAddr()`), then the condition can
be expressed with:

`AddressTaken || (!F.hasLocalLinkage() && (VisibleToRegularObj || !F.hasHiddenVisibility()))`

The current `F.hasAddressTaken()` condition does not take into acount of
address-significance in another bitcode file or ELF relocatable file.

For the Linux kernel, it uses relocatable linking. lld/ELF uses a
conservative approach by setting all `VisibleToRegularObj` to true.
Using the non-relocatable semantics may under-estimate
`VisibleToRegularObj`. As @pcc mentioned on
https://github.com/ClangBuiltLinux/linux/issues/1737#issuecomment-1343414686
, we probably need a symbol list to supply additional
`VisibleToRegularObj` symbols (not part of the relocatable LTO link).

3738ce05a7 Add support for a backdoor driver option that enables emitting header
usage information in JSON to a file

Each line in the file is a JSON object that has the name of the main
source file followed by the list of system header files included
directly or indirectly from that file.

For example:

{"source":"/tmp/foo.c",
 "includes":["/usr/include/stdio.h", "/usr/include/stdlib.h"]}

To reduce the amount of data written to the file, only the system
headers that are directly included from a non-system header file are
recorded.

In order to emit the header information in JSON, it is necessary to set
the following environment variables:

CC_PRINT_HEADERS_FORMAT=json CC_PRINT_HEADERS_FILTERING=only-direct-system

The following combination is equivalent to setting CC_PRINT_HEADERS=1:

CC_PRINT_HEADERS_FORMAT=textual CC_PRINT_HEADERS_FILTERING=none

3951a73490 [Flang][Driver] Handle target CPU and features
This patch:

- Adds target-feature and target-cpu to FC1Options.
- Moves getTargetFeatures() from Clang.cpp to CommonArgs.cpp.
- Processes target cpu and features in the flang driver. Right now
features are only added for AArch64/x86 because I only did basic
testing on them but it should generally work for others as well.
Option handling is similar to clang.
- Adds appropriate structures in TargetOptions and passes them to
  the target machine.

What's missing:

- Adding the CPU info and the features as attributes in the LLVM IR
  module.
- Processing target specific flags, e.g. SVE vector bits for AArch64,
  ABI etc.

4a7be42d92 [C++20] [Modules] Remove unmaintained Header Module
Currently there is a -emit-header-module mode, which can combine several
headers together as a module interface. However, this breaks our
assumption (for standard c++ modules) about module interface. The module
interface should come from a module interface unit. And if it is a
header, it should be a header unit. And currently we have no ideas to
combine several headers together.

So I think this mode is an experimental one and it is not maintained and
it is not used. So it will be better to remove them.

91628f0616 The handling of 'funsafe-math-optimizations' doesn't update the 'MathErrno'
flag. But the driver checks for 'fno-math-errno' before passing
'funsafe-math-optimizations' to the FE. In GCC, the option
'funsafe-math-optimizations' doesn't affect the 'fmath-errno' flag.
This patch aligns clang with GCC.

'-ffast-math' sets the FPContract to 'fast'. But 'funsafe-math-optimizations'
the driver doesn't consider the FPContract when handling the option.
Unfortunately there are places in the BE that interpret unsafe math
mode as allowing FMA. This patch makes -ffast-math' and
'funsafe-math-optimizations' behave similarly in regard to the setting of the
FPContract.

ad78ce44bb [clang][Toolchains][Gnu] pass -gdwarf-* through to assembler
We've been working around this for a long time in the Linux kernel; we
bend over backwards to continue to support CC=clang (w/
-fno-integrated-as) for architectures where clang can't yet be used to
assemble the kernel's assembler sources. Supporting debug info for the
combination of CC=clang w/ GNU binutils as "GAS" has been painful.

Fix this in clang so that we can work towards dropping complexity in the
Linux kernel's build system, Kbuild, for supporting this combination of
tools.

GAS added support for -gdwarf-{3|4|5} in 2020 2.35 release via
commit 31bf18645d98 ("Add support for --dwarf-[3|4|5] to assembler command line.")

Refactor code to share logic between integrated-as and non-integrated-as

explicitly pass a -gdwarf-* flag to the GNU assembler when -g is
specified.

84a9ec2ff1 Remove redundant option -menable-unsafe-fp-math.
There are currently two options that are used to tell the compiler to perform
unsafe floating-point optimizations:
'-ffast-math' and '-funsafe-math-optimizations'.

'-ffast-math' is enabled by default. It automatically enables the driver option
'-menable-unsafe-fp-math'.
Below is a table illustrating the special operations enabled automatically by
'-ffast-math', '-funsafe-math-optimizations' and '-menable-unsafe-fp-math'
respectively.

Special Operations -ffast-math	-funsafe-math-optimizations -menable-unsafe-fp-math
MathErrno 0 1 1
FiniteMathOnly 1 0 0
AllowFPReassoc 1 1 1
NoSignedZero 1 1 1
AllowRecip 1 1 1
ApproxFunc 1 1 1
RoundingMath 0 0 0
UnsafeFPMath 1 0 1
FPContract fast on on

'-ffast-math' enables '-fno-math-errno', '-ffinite-math-only',
'-funsafe-math-optimzations' and sets 'FpContract' to 'fast'. The driver option
'-menable-unsafe-fp-math' enables the same special options than
'-funsafe-math-optimizations'. This is redundant.
We propose to remove the driver option '-menable-unsafe-fp-math' and use
instead, the setting of the special operations to set the function attribute
'unsafe-fp-math'. This attribute will be enabled only if those special
operations are enabled and if 'FPContract' is either 'fast' or set to the
default value.

ac135f9ee5 [Clang] Fix using LTO with the new driver in RDC-mode
The new driver supports LTO for RDC-mode compilations. However, this was
not correctly handled for non-LTO compilations. HIP can handle this as
it is fed to `lld` which will perform the LTO itself. CUDA however would
require every work which is wholly useless in non-RDC mode so it should
report an error.

aef03c9b3b [clang][auto-init] Deprecate -enable-trivial-auto-var-init-zero-knowing-it-will-be-removed-from-clang
GCC 12 has been released and contains unconditional support for
-ftrivial-auto-var-init=zero:
https://gcc.gnu.org/onlinedocs/gcc/Optimize-Options.html#index-ftrivial-auto-var-init

Maintain compatibility with GCC, and remove the -enable flag for "zero"
mode. The flag is left to generate an "unused" warning, though, to not
break all the existing users. The flag will be fully removed in Clang 17.

e62b3a9375 Unwind-tables: move back to original logic outline for kind.
There are lots of options interacting in complex ways here, and when moving to
`getDefaultUnwindTableLevel` I had refactored this and changed behaviour in
some cases. So this reverts the basic structure of the logic back to the
original, while leaving the hook in the new style.
