e1111e2056 [Clang] Correctly capture bindings in dependent lambdas.
Structured bindings were not properly marked odr-used
and therefore captured in generic lambddas.

Fixes #57826

It is unclear to me if further simplification can be gained
through the allowance described in
https://www.open-std.org/jtc1/sc22/wg21/docs/papers/2017/p0588r1.html.

Either way, I think this makes support for P0588 completes,
but we probably want to add test for that in a separate PR.
(and I lack confidence I understand P0588 sufficiently to assert
the completeness of our cnformance).

cf8fd210a3 [C] Make (c ? e1 : e2) noreturn only if both e1 and e2 are noreturn
In C mode, if e1 has __attribute__((noreturn)) but e2 doesn't, `(c ? e1 : e2)`
is incorrectly noreturn and Clang codegen produces `unreachable`
which may lead to miscompiles (see [1] `gawk/support/dfa.c`).
This problem has been known since
8c6b56f39d967347f28dd9c93f1cffddf6d7e4cd (2010) or earlier.

Fix this by making the result type noreturn only if both e1 and e2 are
noreturn, matching GCC.

`_Noreturn` and `[[noreturn]]` do not have the aforementioned problem.

85960043d5 [clang] Add the check of membership in decltype for the issue #58674#
Originally, the code would take a lookup result as a member in the
current scope and build a member expression accordingly, if the lookup
result was not an operand of the address operator, or it was a field
declaration. However, a field declaration may come from another class,
and cause the issue #58674.

Thus, this patch fixes the issue via checking where does the field
declaration comes from, and if it comes from another class, then marks
it as not member in the current scope. The parent scopes of the current
scope are also checked, as the current scope may be associated to a
lambda or friend declaration.

41ce74e6e9 [Clang][Sema] Add -Wincompatible-function-pointer-types-strict
Clang supports indirect call Control-Flow Integrity (CFI) sanitizers
(e.g. -fsanitize=cfi-icall), which enforce an exact type match
between a function pointer and the target function. Unfortunately,
Clang doesn't provide diagnostics that help developers avoid
function pointer assignments that can lead to runtime CFI
failures. -Wincompatible-function-pointer-types doesn't warn about
enum to integer mismatches if the types are otherwise compatible, for
example, which isn't sufficient with CFI.

Add -Wincompatible-function-pointer-types-strict, which checks for a
stricter function type compatibility in assignments and helps warn about
assignments that can potentially lead to CFI failures.

4bcb85c638 Stop evaluating trailing requires clause after overload resolution
Reported as it showed up as a constriants failure after the deferred

resolution. The first is during overload resolution, the second is when
diagnosing a use.

This patch modifies DiagnoseUseOfDecl to skip the trailing requires
clause check in some cases. First, of course, after choosing a candidate
after overload resolution.

The second is when evaluating a shadow using constructor, which had its
constraints checked when picking a constructor (as this is ALWAYS an
overload situation!).

This happens specially during removing nested immediate invocation.
Eg: When we have another consteval function as the parameter along with this lambda expression. Eg: `foo(bar([]{}))`, `foo(bar(), []{})`

While removing such nested immediate invocations, we should not rebuild this lambda. (IIUC, rebuilding a lambda would always generate a new type which will never match the original type from parsing)

4a043c6376 PotentiallyEvaluatedContext in a ImmediateFunctionContext.
Body of `consteval` should be in an `ImmediateFunctionContext` instead of `ConstantEvaluated`.
PotentiallyEvaluated expressions in Immediate functions are in a `ImmediateFunctionContext` as well.

95d94a6775 Revert "Re-apply "Deferred Concept Instantiation Implementation"""
This reverts commit d483730d8c3fa2e0d4192b2f3c61c761b124e6ad.

This allegedly breaks a significant part of facebooks internal build.
Reverting while we wait for them to provide a reproducer of this from
