2eac70c108 [RISC-V][HWASAN] Enable HWASAN for RISC-V architecture
Reviewed by: vitalybuka, kito-cheng

These changes will allow to use HWASAN with RISCV64 architecture.

The majority of existing tests are passing with a few exceptions(see below).
The tests were running on QEMU, since currently there're no hardware with support
for J-extension.

For this feature to work the system must support PR_{SET,GET}_TAGGED_ADDR_CTRL
syscall. For now this is only available for a patched Linux kernel and QEMU with
enabled experimental J-extension.

Results of running HWASAN lit tests for RISC-V:
```
  Unsupported      :  6
  Passed           : 79
  Expectedly Failed:  2
```

Tests are marked as expected to fail or unsupported either because of:
- android platform not being supported
- no support for legacy hwasan v1 mode
- test config explicitly uses aarch64 option

f9b80ed7fb [compiler-rt] Add opt-in -ftrivial-auto-var-init flag for writing over uninitialized stack variiables
This might allow lsan to find more leaks that would have gone
undetected. When lsan searches for leaked pointers on the stack, if a
leaked pointer that was pushed to the stack in a prior function call
would not be scrubbed on a future function call, then the scan will see
the pointer on the stack and not mark it as leaked. Such holes can exist
in the lsan runtime where there may be uninitialized data. Adding
auto-var-init can scrub some of that data and might be able to catch
more leaks that would've gone undetected this way.

See https://bugs.fuchsia.dev/p/fuchsia/issues/detail?id=111351 for more
details.

96d63993dd Revert "[CMake] Use LLVM_TARGET_TRIPLE in runtimes"
This reverts commit bec8a372fc0db95852748691c0f4933044026b25.

This causes many of these errors to appear when rebuilding runtimes part
of fuchsia's toolchain:

ld.lld: error:
/usr/local/google/home/paulkirth/llvm-upstream/build/lib/x86_64-unknown-linux-gnu/libunwind.a(libunwind.cpp.o)

This can be reproduced by making a complete toolchain, saving any source
file with no changes, then rerunning ninja distribution.

c414bbefe4 Make -fsanitize=scudo use scudo_standalone. Delete check-scudo.
Leaves the implementation and tests files in-place for right now, but
deletes the ability to build the old sanitizer-common based scudo. This
has been on life-support for a long time, and the newer scudo_standalone
is much better supported and maintained.

Also patches up some GWP-ASan wording, primarily related to the fact
that -fsanitize=scudo now is scudo_standalone, and therefore the way to
reference the GWP-ASan options through the environment variable has
changed.

Future follow-up patches will delete the original scudo, and migrate all
its tests over to be part of the scudo_standalone test suite.

ce6d40f5c2 [compiler-rt] [builtins] Detect _Float16 support at compile time
Instead of detecting `_Float16` support at CMake configuration time,
detect it at compile time by checking for the predefined (by the
compiler) macro `__FLT16_MAX__` instead.

This solves the issue where compiler-rt is built simultaneously for both
x86_64 and i386 targets, and the CMake configuration uses x86_64
compilation to detect `_Float16` support, while it may not be supported
by the i386 target (if it does not have SSE2).

While here, rename `COMPILERT_RT_HAS_FLOAT16` to `CRT_HAS_FLOAT16`, to
conform more to the naming style used in `int_lib.h` and `int_types.h`.

Major changes:

1. LoongArch port of Linux kernel only supports `statx` for `stat` and its families. So we need to add `statx_to_stat` and use it for `stat`-like libcalls. The logic is "borrowed" from Glibc.
2. `sanitizer_syscall_linux_loongarch64.inc` is mostly duplicated from RISC-V port, as the syscall interface is almost same.
