Builtins-aarch64-windows :: divmodti4_test.c Builtins-aarch64-windows :: fixunstfdi_test.c Builtins-aarch64-windows :: multc3_test.c Also trampoline_setup_test.c as it runs with only non-clang compiler while WoA LLVM buildbots use clang. Add __divmodti4 to match libgcc.

gcc has used this on x86-64 since at least version 7.
