Craig Topper	a6c3ccd476	[RISCV] Be more strict about LUI+ADDI macrofusion pre-RA. ... Don't macrofuse if the LUI has more than 1 user. Craig Topper	4045b62d4c	[RISCV] Add macrofusion infrastructure and one example usage. ... This adds the macrofusion plumbing and support fusing LUI+ADDI(W).
