e26cadcc32 [ARM] Constant pools need 4-byte alignment if we only have tADR
When the only ADR instruction we have is the 16-bit thumb one then all
constant pool entries need to be 4-byte aligned, as tADR has an offset
that's a multiple of 4.

It looks like previously there happened to be no situations in which
we encountered a constant pool entry with alignment less than 4, so
failing to do this didn't cause any problems, but the expansion of
cttz to a table added by D128911 does use a constant pool with
alignment 1, so we now need to handle it correctly.

ab4fc87a9d [DAG] Emit table lookup from TargetLowering::expandCTTZ()
This patch emits table lookup in expandCTTZ.

Context -
https://reviews.llvm.org/D113291 transforms set of IR instructions to
cttz intrinsic but there are some targets which does not support CTTZ or
CTLZ. Hence, I generate a table lookup in TargetLowering::expandCTTZ().

eecb353d0e [ARM] Make -mcpu=generic schedule for an in-order core (Cortex-A8).
The benchmarking summarized in
http://lists.llvm.org/pipermail/llvm-dev/2017-May/113525.html showed
this is beneficial for a wide range of cores.

As is to be expected, quite a few small adaptations are needed to the
regressions tests, as the difference in scheduling results in:
- Quite a few small instruction schedule differences.
- A few changes in register allocation decisions caused by different
 instruction schedules.
- A few changes in IfConversion decisions, due to a difference in
instruction schedule and/or the estimated cost of a branch mispredict.

0a43abc9f8 ARM: Fix cttz expansion on vector types.
The 64/128-bit vector types are legal if NEON instructions are
available. However, there was no matching patterns for @llvm.cttz.*()
intrinsics and result in fatal error.

This commit fixes the problem by lowering cttz to:
a. ctpop((x & -x) - 1)
b. width - ctlz(x & -x) - 1
