Previously we used sra+add+xor if ADDCARRY is supported. This changes
to sra+xor+sub is SUBCARRY is available.
This is consistent with the recent change to the default expansion
in LegalizeDAG.
Differential Revision: https://reviews.llvm.org/D121039
This function was added in D49837, but no setOperationAction call
was added with it. The code is equivalent to what is done by the
default ExpandIntRes_ABS implementation when ADDCARRY is supported.
Test case added to verify this. There was some existing coverage
from Thumb2 MVE tests, but they started from vectors.
This changes the tests that were targeting ARM EABI to explicitly specify the
environment rather than relying on the default. This breaks with the new
Windows on ARM support when running the tests on Windows where the default
environment is no longer EABI.
Take the opportunity to avoid a pointless redirect (helps when trying to debug
with providing a command line invocation which can be copy and pasted) and
removing a few greps in favour of FileCheck.

This patch will optimize abs(x-y)
FROM
sub, movs, rsbmi
TO
subs, rsbmi
For abs, we will use cmp instead of movs. This is necessary because we already
have an existing peephole pass which optimizes away cmp following sub.
