Test updates were performed using:
https://gist.github.com/nikic/98357b71fd67756b0f064c9517b62a34
These are only the test updates where the test passed without
further modification (which is almost all of them, as the backend
is largely pointer-type agnostic).
XADD has the same EFLAGS behaviour as ADD
Reapplies rG2149aa73f640 (after it was reverted at rG535df472b042) - AFAICT rG029e41ec9800 should ensure we correctly tag the LXADD* ops as load/stores - I haven't been able to repro the sanitizer buildbot fails locally so this is a speculative commit.
Similarly as for pointers, even for integers a == b is usually false.
GCC also uses this heuristic.

D4796 taught LLVM to fold some atomic integer operations into a single
instruction. The pattern was unaware that the instructions clobbered
flags. I fixed some of this issue in D13680 but had missed INC/DEC.
This patch adds the missing EFLAGS definition.

Summary:

This patch adds the missing EFLAGS definition.
Floating point operations don't set flags, the subsequent fadd
optimization is therefore correct. The same applies for surrounding
load/store optimizations.
