055fb7795a [Transforms] Convert some tests to opaque pointers (NFC) 
These are all tests where conversion worked automatically, and
required no manual fixup.

8ebb3eac02 [test] Use -passes syntax when specifying pipeline in some more tests 
The legacy PM is deprecated, so update a bunch of lit tests running
opt to use the new PM syntax when specifying the pipeline.
In this patch focus has been put on test cases for ConstantMerge,
ConstraintElimination, CorrelatedValuePropagation, GlobalDCE,
GlobalOpt, SCCP, TailCallElim and PredicateInfo.

cee313d288 Revert "Temporarily Revert "Add basic loop fusion pass."" 
The reversion apparently deleted the test/Transforms directory.

Will be re-reverting again.

dd8757abbc Corruptly merge constants with explicit and implicit alignments. 
Constant merge can merge a constant with implicit alignment with one that has
explicit alignment. Before this change it was assuming that the explicit
alignment was higher than the implicit one, causing the result to be under
aligned in some cases.
