One of these two changes is exposing (or causing) some more miscompiles.
A reproducer is in progress, so reverting until resolved.

The miscompile was in InstCombine, and it has been addressed.

Just because the PHI in the common successor happens to have different
incoming values for these two blocks, doesn't mean we have to give up.
It's quite easy to deal with this, we just need to produce a select:

so this will basically never fire. We tally all (over all preds)

And that exposes that a number of tests don't *actually* manage to
maintain DomTree validity, which is inline with my observations.
Once again, SimlifyCFG pass currently does not require/preserve DomTree
by default, so this is effectively NFC.
... so just ensure that we pass DomTreeUpdater it into it.
Fixes DomTree preservation for a large number of tests,
all of which are marked as such so that they do not regress.
Also add baseline tests to show effect of later patches.

A call to @llvm.trap can be expected to be cold (i.e. unlikely to be
reached in a normal program execution).
Outlining paths which unconditionally trap is an important memory
saving. As the hot/cold splitting pass (imho) should not treat all
noreturn calls as cold, explicitly mark @llvm.trap cold so that it can
be outlined.

Listing all of the attributes for the callee of a call/invoke instruction is way
too much and makes the IR unreadable. Use references to attributes instead.
