242d5b2ba4 [mlir][Transforms] Simplify region before simplifying operation in CSE.
This covers more options for CSE. It also ensures that two operations
that have same operands but different regions to begin with, but same
regions after `simplifyRegions`, don't get both added to the list of
`knownValues`.

13bd410962 [mlir][Pass] Include anchor op in -pass-pipeline
In D134622 the printed form of a pass manager is changed to include the
name of the op that the pass manager is anchored on. This updates the
`-pass-pipeline` argument format to include the anchor op as well, so
that the printed form of a pipeline can be directly passed to
`-pass-pipeline`. In most cases this requires updating
`-pass-pipeline='pipeline'` to
`-pass-pipeline='builtin.module(pipeline)'`.

This also fixes an outdated assert that prevented running a
`PassManager` anchored on `'any'`.

[mlir][CSE] Add ability to remove commutative operations
This patch takes advantage of the Commutative trait on operation
to remove identical commutative operations where the operands are swapped.

The second operation below can be removed since `arith.addi` is commutative.
```
%1 = arith.addi %a, %b : i32
%2 = arith.addi %b, %a : i32
```

[mlir][CSE] Remove duplicated operations with MemRead side-effect
This patch enhances the CSE pass to deal with simple cases of duplicated
operations with MemoryEffects.

It allows the CSE pass to remove safely duplicate operations with the
MemoryEffects::Read that have no other side-effecting operations in
between. Other MemoryEffects::Read operation are allowed.

The use case is pretty simple so far so we can build on top of it to add
more features.

This patch is also meant to avoid a dedicated CSE pass in FIR and was
brought together afetr discussion on https://reviews.llvm.org/D112711.
It does not currently cover the full range of use cases described in
https://reviews.llvm.org/D112711 but the idea is to gradually enhance
the MLIR CSE pass to handle common use cases that can be used by
other dialects.

This patch takes advantage of the new CSE capabilities in Fir.

3655069234 [mlir] Move the Builtin FuncOp to the Func dialect
This commit moves FuncOp out of the builtin dialect, and into the Func
dialect. This move has been planned in some capacity from the moment
we made FuncOp an operation (years ago). This commit handles the
functional aspects of the move, but various aspects are left untouched
to ease migration: func::FuncOp is re-exported into mlir to reduce
the actual API churn, the assembly format still accepts the unqualified
`func`. These temporary measures will remain for a little while to
simplify migration before being removed.

of operations are: AssertOp, BranchOp, CondBranchOp, SwitchOp; all split out from the current
standard dialect.

387f95541b Add a new interface allowing to set a default dialect to be used for printing/parsing regions
Currently the builtin dialect is the default namespace used for parsing
and printing. As such module and func don't need to be prefixed.
In the case of some dialects that defines new regions for their own
purpose (like SpirV modules for example), it can be beneficial to
change the default dialect in order to improve readability.

f8479d9de5 [mlir] Set the namespace of the BuiltinDialect to 'builtin'
Historically the builtin dialect has had an empty namespace. This has unfortunately created a very awkward situation, where many utilities either have to special case the empty namespace, or just don't work at all right now. This revision adds a namespace to the builtin dialect, and starts to cleanup some of the utilities to no longer handle empty namespaces. For now, the assembly form of builtin operations does not require the `builtin.` prefix. (This should likely be re-evaluated though)

[mlir][cse] do not replace operands in previously simplified operations
If an operation has been inserted as a key in to the known values
hashtable, then it can not be modified in a way which changes its hash.
This change avoids modifying the operands of any previously recorded
operation, which prevents their hash from changing.

In an SSACFG region, it is impossible to visit an operation before
visiting its operands, so this is not a problem. This situation can only
happen in regions without strict dominance, such as graph regions.

This commit introduced a cyclic dependency:
Memref dialect depends on Standard because it used ConstantIndexOp.
Std depends on the MemRef dialect in its EDSC/Intrinsics.h

Working on a fix.

93592b726c [mlir][OpFormatGen] Format enum attribute cases as keywords when possible
In the overwhelmingly common case, enum attribute case strings represent valid identifiers in MLIR syntax. This revision updates the format generator to format as a keyword in these cases, removing the need to wrap values in a string. The parser still retains the ability to parse the string form, but the printer will use the keyword form when applicable.

ebcc022507 [mlir][AsmPrinter] Refactor printing to only print aliases for attributes/types that will exist in the output.
This revision refactors the way that attributes/types are considered when generating aliases. Instead of considering all of the attributes/types of every operation, we perform a "fake" print step that prints the operations using a dummy printer to collect the attributes and types that would actually be printed during the real process. This removes a lot of attributes/types from consideration that generally won't end up in the final output, e.g. affine map attributes in an `affine.apply`/`affine.for`.

This resolves a long standing TODO w.r.t aliases, and helps to have a much cleaner textual output format. As a datapoint to the latter, as part of this change several tests were identified as testing for the presence of attributes aliases that weren't actually referenced by the custom form of any operation.

To ensure that this wouldn't cause a large degradation in compile time due to the second full print, I benchmarked this change on a very large module with a lot of operations(The file is ~673M/~4.7 million lines long). This file before this change take ~6.9 seconds to print in the custom form, and ~7 seconds after this change. In the custom assembly case, this added an average of a little over ~100 miliseconds to the compile time. This increase was due to the way that argument attributes on functions are structured and how they get printed; i.e. with a better representation the negative impact here can be greatly decreased. When printing in the generic form, this revision had no observable impact on the compile time. This benchmarking leads me to believe that the impact of this change on compile time w.r.t printing is closely related to `print` methods that perform a lot of additional/complex processing outside of the OpAsmPrinter.

c0cd1f1c5c [mlir] Refactor BoolAttr to be a special case of IntegerAttr
This simplifies a lot of handling of BoolAttr/IntegerAttr. For example, a lot of places currently have to handle both IntegerAttr and BoolAttr. In other places, a decision is made to pick one which can lead to surprising results for users. For example, DenseElementsAttr currently uses BoolAttr for i1 even if the user initialized it with an Array of i1 IntegerAttrs.

4268e4f4b8 [mlir] Change the syntax of AffineMapAttr and IntegerSetAttr to avoid conflicts with function types.
Summary: The current syntax for AffineMapAttr and IntegerSetAttr conflict with function types, making it currently impossible to round-trip function types(and e.g. FuncOp) in the IR. This revision changes the syntax for the attributes by wrapping them in a keyword. AffineMapAttr is wrapped with `affine_map<>` and IntegerSetAttr is wrapped with `affine_set<>`.

2b61b7979e Convert the Canonicalize and CSE passes to generic Operation Passes.
This allows for them to be used on other non-function, or even other function-like, operations. The algorithms are already generic, so this is simply changing the derived pass type. The majority of this change is just ensuring that the nesting of these passes remains the same, as the pass manager won't auto-nest them anymore.

89bc449cee Standardize the value numbering in the AsmPrinter.
Change the AsmPrinter to number values breadth-first so that values in adjacent regions can have the same name. This allows for ModuleOp to contain operations that produce results. This also standardizes the special name of region entry arguments to "arg[0-9+]" now that Functions are also operations.

679a3b4191 Change the attribute dictionary syntax to separate name and value with '='.
The current syntax separates the name and value with ':', but ':' is already overloaded by several other things(e.g. trailing types). This makes the syntax difficult to parse in some situtations:

Old:
  "foo: 10 : i32"

New:
  "foo = 10 : i32"

d3380a504f Change syntax of regions in the generic form of operations
The generic form of operations currently supports optional regions to be
    located after the operation type.  As we are going to add a type to each
    region in a leading position in the region syntax, similarly to functions, it
    becomes ambiguous to have regions immediately after the operation type.  Put
    regions between operands the optional list of successors in the generic
    operation syntax and wrap them in parentheses.  The effect on the exisitng IR
    syntax is minimal since only three operations (`affine.for`, `affine.if` and
    `gpu.kernel`) currently use regions.

eeeef090ef Set the namespace of the StandardOps dialect to "std", but add a special case to the parser to allow parsing standard operations without the "std" prefix. This will now allow for the standard dialect to be looked up dynamically by name.

bbf362b784 Eliminate extfunc/cfgfunc/mlfunc as a concept, and just use 'func' instead.
The entire compiler now looks at structural properties of the function (e.g.
does it have one block, does it contain an if/for stmt, etc) so the only thing
holding up this difference is round tripping through the parser/printer syntax.
Removing this shrinks the compile by ~140LOC.

This is step 31/n towards merging instructions and statements.  The last step
is updating the docs, which I will do as a separate patch in order to split it
from this mostly mechanical patch.

8ef2552df7 Have the asmprinter take advantage of the new capabilities of the asmparser, by
printing the entry block in a CFG function's argument line.  Since I'm touching
all of the testcases anyway, change the argument list from printing as
"%arg : type" to "%arg: type" which is more consistent with bb arguments.

In addition to being more consistent, this is a much nicer look for cfg functions.

7669a259c4 Add a simple common sub expression elimination pass.
The algorithm collects defining operations within a scoped hash table. The scopes within the hash table correspond to nodes within the dominance tree for a function. This cl only adds support for simple operations, i.e non side-effecting. Such operations, e.g. load/store/call, will be handled in later patches.
