[RISCV] Make EmitRISCVCpuSupports accept multiple features (#104917)
This patch creates an additional EmitRISCVCpuSupports function to handle
situations with multiple features. It also modifies the original
EmitRISCVCpuSupports function to invoke the new one.

[RISCV][compiler-rt] Update __init_riscv_feature_bits prototype (#101472)
This patch add `void* PlatformArgs` parameter to
`__init_riscv_feature_bits`. `PlatformArgs` allows the platform to
provide pre-computed data and access it without extra effort. For
example, Linux could pass the vDSO object to avoid an extra system call.

1. Add the new extension GroupID/Bitmask with latest hwprobe key.
2. Update the `initRISCVFeature `
3. Update `EmitRISCVCpuSupports` due to not only group0 now.

[PowerPC] add TargetParser for PPC target (#97541)
For now only focus on the CPU type, will work on the CPU features part
later.

With the CPU handling in TargetParser, clang and llc/opt are able to
query common interfaces.

So we can set same default CPU and CPU features with same interfaces.

[RISCV] Support __builtin_cpu_init and __builtin_cpu_supports (#99700)
This implements the __builtin_cpu_init and __builtin_cpu_supports
builtin routines based on the compiler runtime changes in
https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/85790.

This is inspired by https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/85786.
Major changes are a) a restriction in scope to only the builtins (which
have a much narrower user interface), and the avoidance of false
generality. This change deliberately only handles group 0 extensions
(which happen to be all defined ones today), and avoids the tblgen
changes from that review.

I don't have an environment in which I can actually test this, but @BeMg
has been kind enough to report that this appears to work as expected.

Before this can make it into a release, we need a change such as
https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/pull/99958. The gcc docs claim that
cpu_support can be called by "normal" code without calling the cpu_init
routine because the init routine will have been called by a high
priority constructor. Our current compiler-rt mechanism does not do
this.

[PowerPC][X86] Make cpu id builtins target independent and lower for PPC (#68919)
Make __builtin_cpu_{init|supports|is} target independent and provide an
opt-in query for targets that want to support it. Each target is still
responsible for their specific lowering/code-gen. Also provide code-gen
for PowerPC.

I originally proposed this in https://reviews.llvm.org/D152914 and this
addresses the comments I received there.

27da15381c [X86] __builtin_cpu_supports: support x86-64{,-v2,-v3,-v4}
GCC 12 (https://gcc.gnu.org/PR101696) allows
__builtin_cpu_supports("x86-64") (and -v2 -v3 -v4).
This patch ports the feature.

* Add `FEATURE_X86_64_{BASELINE,V2,V3,V4}` to enum ProcessorFeatures,
  but keep CPU_FEATURE_MAX unchanged to make
  FeatureInfos/FeatureInfos_WithPLUS happy.
* Change validateCpuSupports to allow `x86-64{,-v2,-v3,-v4}`
* Change getCpuSupportsMask to return `std::array<uint32_t, 4>` where
  `x86-64{,-v2,-v3,-v4}` set bits `FEATURE_X86_64_{BASELINE,V2,V3,V4}`.
* `target("x86-64")` and `cpu_dispatch(x86_64)` are invalid. Tested by commit 9de3b35ac9159d5bae6e6796cb91e4f877a07189

7a41af8604 [X86] Support arch=x86-64{,-v2,-v3,-v4} for target_clones attribute
GCC 12 (https://gcc.gnu.org/PR101696) allows `arch=x86-64`
`arch=x86-64-v2` `arch=x86-64-v3` `arch=x86-64-v4` in the
target_clones function attribute. This patch ports the feature.

* Set KeyFeature to `x86-64{,-v2,-v3,-v4}` in `Processors[]`, to be used
  by X86TargetInfo::multiVersionSortPriority
* builtins: change `__cpu_features2` to an array like libgcc. Define
  `FEATURE_X86_64_{BASELINE,V2,V3,V4}` and depended ISA feature bits.
* CGBuiltin.cpp: update EmitX86CpuSupports to handle `arch=x86-64*`.

532dc62b90 [OpaquePtrs][Clang] Add -no-opaque-pointers to tests (NFC)
This adds -no-opaque-pointers to clang tests whose output will
change when opaque pointers are enabled by default. This is
intended to be part of the migration approach described in
https://discourse.llvm.org/t/enabling-opaque-pointers-by-default/61322/9.

The patch has been produced by replacing %clang_cc1 with
%clang_cc1 -no-opaque-pointers for tests that fail with opaque
pointers enabled. Worth noting that this doesn't cover all tests,
there's a remaining ~40 tests not using %clang_cc1 that will need
a followup change.

ed509fe296 Use functions with prototypes when appropriate; NFC
A significant number of our tests in C accidentally use functions
without prototypes. This patch converts the function signatures to have
a prototype for the situations where the test is not specific to K&R C
declarations. e.g.,

  void func();

becomes

  void func(void);

This is the tenth batch of tests being updated (there are a
significant number of other tests left to be updated).

__builtin_cpu_supports and __builtin_cpu_is use information in __cpu_model to decide cpu features. Before this change, __cpu_model was not declared as dso local. The generated code looks up the address in GOT when reading __cpu_model. This makes it impossible to use these functions in ifunc, because at that time GOT entries have not been relocated. This change makes it dso local.

4d8ced1807 [X86] Add support for more than 32 features for __builtin_cpu_is
libgcc supports more than 32 features by adding a new 32-bit variable __cpu_features2.

This adds the clang support for checking these feature bits.

Patches for compiler-rt and llvm to support this are coming as well.

Probably still need an additional patch for target multiversioning in clang.

9c8f3c9654 [X86] When checking the bits in cpu_features for function multiversioning dispatcher in the resolver, make sure all the required bits are set. Not just one of them
Summary:
The multiversioning code repurposed the code from __builtin_cpu_supports for checking if a single feature is enabled. That code essentially performed (_cpu_features & (1 << C)) != 0. But with the multiversioning path, the mask is no longer guaranteed to be a power of 2. So we return true anytime any one of the bits in the mask is set not just all of the bits.

The correct check is (_cpu_features & mask) == mask

d983270976 Add support for the x86 builtin __builtin_cpu_supports.
This matches the implementation of the gcc support for the same
feature, including checking the values set up by libgcc at runtime.
The structure looks like this:

  unsigned int __cpu_vendor;
  unsigned int __cpu_type;
  unsigned int __cpu_subtype;
  unsigned int __cpu_features[1];

with a set of enums to match various fields that are field out after
parsing the output of the cpuid instruction.
This also adds a set of errors checking for valid input (and cpu).

compiler-rt support for this and the other builtins in this family
(__builtin_cpu_init and __builtin_cpu_is) are forthcoming.
