Aaron Ballman	adc402bf3d	Use functions with prototypes when appropriate; NFC A significant number of our tests in C accidentally use functions without prototypes. Rafael Espindola	6b07a1c6ee	Add -funique-section-names and -fno-unique-section-names options. For now -funique-section-names is the default, so no change in default behavior.
