Turning on `enable_noundef_analysis` flag allows better codegen by removing freeze instructions.
I modified clang by renaming `enable_noundef_analysis` flag to `disable-noundef-analysis` and turning it off by default.

[Clang/Test]: Rename enable_noundef_analysis to disable-noundef-analysis and turn it off by default (2)
This patch updates test files after D105169.
Autogenerated test codes are changed by `utils/update_cc_test_checks.py,` and non-autogenerated test codes are changed as follows:
(1) I wrote a python script that (partially) updates the tests using regex: {F18594904} The script is not perfect, but I believe it gives hints about which patterns are updated to have `noundef` attached.
(2) The remaining tests are updated manually.

The NSS FileCheck variables at the end of the
CodeGenCXX/split-stacks.cpp clang testcase are off by 1, resulting in
the use of an undefined variable (NSS3). One of the CHECK-NOT is also
redundant because _Z8tnosplitIiEiv uses the same attribute as _Z3foov
without split stack. This commit fixes that.

The difference from the previous try is that we no longer directly
access function declarations from position independent executables. It
should work, but currently doesn't with some linkers.
It now includes a fix to not mark available_externally definitions as
dso_local.
Original message:
Start setting dso_local in clang.
This starts adding dso_local to clang.
The hope is to eventually have TargetMachine::shouldAssumeDsoLocal go
away. My objective for now is to move enough of it to clang to remove
the need for the TargetMachine one to handle PIE copy relocations and
-fno-plt. With that it should then be easy to implement a
-fno-copy-reloc in clang.
This patch just adds the cases where we assume a symbol to be local
based on the file being compiled for an executable or a shared
library.

The bots found two failures:
ThreadSanitizer-x86_64 :: Linux/pie_no_aslr.cc
ThreadSanitizer-x86_64 :: pie_test.cc
when using gold. The issue is a limitation in gold when building pie
binaries. I will investigate how to work around it.

The llvm IR until recently had no support for comdats. This was a problem when
targeting C++ on ELF/COFF as just using weak linkage would cause quite a bit of
dead bits to remain on the executable (unless -ffunction-sections,
-fdata-sections and --gc-sections were used).
To fix the problem, llvm's codegen will just assume that any weak or linkonce
that is not in an explicit comdat should be output in one with the same name as
the global.
This unfortunately breaks cases like pr19848 where a weak symbol is not
xpected to be part of any comdat.
Now that we have explicit comdats in the IR, we can finally get both cases
right.
This first patch just makes clang give explicit comdats to GlobalValues where
t is allowed to.
A followup patch to llvm will then stop implicitly producing comdats.
