3d5d464df8 Try harder to evaluate expressions when printing assembly. 
When printing assembly we don't have a Layout object, but we can still
try to fold some constants.

a5da588b2f [mips] Implement %hi(sym1 - sym2) and %lo(sym1 - sym2) expressions 
Patch implements %hi(sym1 - sym2) and %lo(sym1 - sym2) expressions for MIPS
by creating target expression class MipsMCExpr.
