Reapply "[DomTreeUpdater] Move critical edge splitting code to updater" (#119547)
This relands commit #115111.
Use traditional way to update post dominator tree, i.e. break critical
edge splitting into insert, insert, delete sequence.
When splitting critical edges, the post dominator tree may change its
root node, and `setNewRoot` only works in normal dominator tree...

[CodeGen][NewPM] Port machine-block-freq to new pass manager (#98317)
- Add `MachineBlockFrequencyAnalysis`.
- Add `MachineBlockFrequencyPrinterPass`.
- Use `MachineBlockFrequencyInfoWrapperPass` in legacy pass manager.
- `LazyMachineBlockFrequencyInfo::print` is empty, drop it due to new
pass manager migration.

[CodeGen] Remove applySplitCriticalEdges in MachineDominatorTree (#97055)
Summary:
- Remove wrappers in `MachineDominatorTree`.
- Remove `MachineDominatorTree` update code in
`MachineBasicBlock::SplitCriticalEdge`.
- Use `MachineDomTreeUpdater` in passes which call
`MachineBasicBlock::SplitCriticalEdge` and preserve
`MachineDominatorTreeWrapperPass` or CFG analyses.

Commit abea99f65a97248974c02a5544eaf25fc4240056 introduced related
methods in 2014. Now we have SemiNCA based dominator tree in 2017 and
dominator tree updater, the solution adopted here seems a bit outdated.

Reapply "[CodeGen][NewPM] Port machine-branch-prob to new pass manager" (#96858) (#96869)
This reverts commit ab58b6d58edf6a7c8881044fc716ca435d7a0156.
In `CodeGen/Generic/MachineBranchProb.ll`, `llc` crashed with dumped MIR
when targeting PowerPC. Move test to `llc/new-pm`, which is X86
specific.

05da2fe521 Sink all InitializePasses.h includes
This file lists every pass in LLVM, and is included by Pass.h, which is
very popular. Every time we add, remove, or rename a pass in LLVM, it
caused lots of recompilation.

I found this fact by looking at this table, which is sorted by the
number of times a file was changed over the last 100,000 git commits
multiplied by the number of object files that depend on it in the
current checkout:
  recompiles touches affected_files header
  342380 95 3604 llvm/include/llvm/ADT/STLExtras.h
  314730 234 1345 llvm/include/llvm/InitializePasses.h
  307036 118 2602 llvm/include/llvm/ADT/APInt.h
  213049 59 3611 llvm/include/llvm/Support/MathExtras.h
  170422 47 3626 llvm/include/llvm/Support/Compiler.h
  162225 45 3605 llvm/include/llvm/ADT/Optional.h
  158319 63 2513 llvm/include/llvm/ADT/Triple.h
  140322 39 3598 llvm/include/llvm/ADT/StringRef.h
  137647 59 2333 llvm/include/llvm/Support/Error.h
  131619 73 1803 llvm/include/llvm/Support/FileSystem.h

Before this change, touching InitializePasses.h would cause 1345 files
to recompile. After this change, touching it only causes 550 compiles in
an incremental rebuild.

0eaee545ee [llvm] Migrate llvm::make_unique to std::make_unique
Now that we've moved to C++14, we no longer need the llvm::make_unique
implementation from STLExtras.h. This patch is a mechanical replacement
of (hopefully) all the llvm::make_unique instances across the monorepo.

2946cd7010 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

d34e60ca85 Rename DEBUG macro to LLVM_DEBUG.
The DEBUG() macro is very generic so it might clash with other projects.
The renaming was done as follows:
- git grep -l 'DEBUG' | xargs sed -i 's/\bDEBUG\s\?(/LLVM_DEBUG(/g'
- git diff -U0 master | ../clang/tools/clang-format/clang-format-diff.py -i -p1 -style LLVM
- Manual change to APInt
- Manually chage DOCS as regex doesn't match it.

In the transition period the DEBUG() macro is still present and aliased
to the LLVM_DEBUG() one.

b516cf3f3f [LazyMachineBFI] Reimplement with getAnalysisIfAvailable
Since LoopInfo is not available in machine passes as universally as in IR
passes, using the same approach for OptimizationRemarkEmitter as we did for IR
will run LoopInfo and DominatorTree unnecessarily. (LoopInfo is not used
lazily by ORE.)

To fix this, I am modifying the approach I took in D29836. LazyMachineBFI now
uses its client passes including MachineBFI itself that are available or
otherwise compute them on the fly.

So for example GreedyRegAlloc, since it's already using MBFI, will reuse that
instance. On the other hand, AsmPrinter in Justin's patch will generate DT,
LI and finally BFI on the fly.

(I am of course wondering now if the simplicity of this approach is even
preferable in IR. I will do some experiments.)

Testing is provided by an updated version of D29837 which requires Justin's
patch to bring ORE to the AsmPrinter.

bbb141c734 Add new pass LazyMachineBlockFrequencyInfo
And use it in MachineOptimizationRemarkEmitter. A test will follow on top of
Justin's changes to enable MachineORE in AsmPrinter.

The approach is similar to the IR-level pass. It's a bit simpler because BPI
is immutable at the Machine level so we don't need to make that lazy.

Because of this, a new function mapping is introduced (BPIPassTrait::getBPI).
This function extracts BPI from the pass. In case of the lazy pass, this is
when the calculation of the BFI occurs. For Machine-level, this is the
identity function.
