[windows][ASan] Fix build (#70855)
PR #69625 broke the build - I put __cdecl on the wrong side of the `*`
in function pointer declarations.

Lesson learned - run check-all!

[ASan][Windows] Add __cdecl to public sanitizer functions (#69625)
This is necessary for many projects which pass `/Gz` to their compiles,
which makes their default calling convention `__stdcall`.

(personal note, I _really_ wish there was a pragma for this)

ae6648cee0 [dfsan] Expose dfsan_get_track_origins to get origin tracking status
This allows application code checks if origin tracking is on before
printing out traces.

-dfsan-track-origins can be 0,1,2.
The current code only distinguishes 1 and 2 in compile time, but not at runtime.
Made runtime distinguish 1 and 2 too.

5b4dda550e [dfsan] Add full fast8 support
Complete support for fast8:
- amend shadow size and mapping in runtime
- remove fast16 mode and -dfsan-fast-16-labels flag
- remove legacy mode and make fast8 mode the default
- remove dfsan-fast-8-labels flag
- remove functions in dfsan interface only applicable to legacy
- remove legacy-related instrumentation code and tests
- update documentation.

bb3a3da38d [DFSan] Don't unmap during dfsan_flush().
Unmapping and remapping is dangerous since another thread could touch
the shadow memory while it is unmapped.  But there is really no need to
unmap anyway, since mmap(MAP_FIXED) will happily clobber the existing
mapping with zeroes.  This is thread-safe since the mmap() is done under
the same kernel lock as page faults are done.

6b936d88a4 [dfsan] Introduce dfsan_flush().
Summary:
dfsan_flush() allows to restart tain tracking from scratch in the same process.
The primary purpose right now is to allow more efficient data flow tracing
for DFT fuzzing: https://github.com/google/oss-fuzz/issues/1632

2946cd7010 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

Summary:
Add a weak hook to be called from dfsan's custom memcmp.
The primary user will be lib/Fuzzer.
If this works well we'll add more hooks (strcmp, etc).

Test Plan: Will be covered by lib/Fuzzer tests.

16f2f18105 Add user-defined callback on write() calls.

5cbab07d02 DataFlowSanitizer; compiler-rt changes.
DataFlowSanitizer is a generalised dynamic data flow analysis.

Unlike other Sanitizer tools, this tool is not designed to detect a
specific class of bugs on its own.  Instead, it provides a generic
dynamic data flow analysis framework to be used by clients to help
detect application-specific issues within their own code.
