This is the last PR that's needed (for now) to get libc++'s tests
working with MSVC's STL.
The ADDITIONAL_COMPILE_FLAGS machinery is very useful, but also very
problematic for MSVC, as it doesn't understand most of Clang's compiler
options. We've been dealing with this by simply marking anything that
uses ADDITIONAL_COMPILE_FLAGS as FAIL or SKIPPED, but that creates
significant gaps in test coverage.
Fortunately, ADDITIONAL_COMPILE_FLAGS also supports "features", which
can be slightly enhanced to send Clang-compatible and MSVC-compatible
options to the right compilers.
This patch adds the gcc-style-warnings and cl-style-warnings Lit features,
and uses that to pass the appropriate warning flags to tests. It also uses
TEST_MEOW_DIAGNOSTIC_IGNORED for a few local suppressions of MSVC
warnings.
This reverts commit 491b2810fb7fe5f080fa9c4f5945ed0a6909dc92.
This change broke valid code and generated incorrect diagnostics, see
https://reviews.llvm.org/D155064
This patch makes clang diagnose extensive cases of consteval if and is_constant_evaluated usage that are tautologically true or false.
This introduces a new IsRuntimeEvaluated boolean flag to Sema::ExpressionEvaluationContextRecord that means the immediate appearance of if consteval or is_constant_evaluated are tautologically false(e.g. inside if !consteval {} block or non-constexpr-qualified function definition body)
This patch also pushes new expression evaluation context when parsing the condition of if constexpr and initializer of constexpr variables so that Sema can be aware that the use of consteval if and is_consteval are tautologically true in if constexpr condition and constexpr variable initializers.
BEFORE this patch, the warning for is_constant_evaluated was emitted from constant evaluator. This patch moves the warning logic to Sema in order to diagnose tautological use of is_constant_evaluated in the same way as consteval if.
This patch separates initializer evaluation context from InitializerScopeRAII.
This fixes a bug that was happening when user takes address of function address in initializers of non-local variables.

We pretty consistently don't define those cause they are not needed,
and it removes the potential pitfall to think that these tests are
being run. This doesn't touch .compile.fail.cpp tests since those
should be replaced by .verify.cpp tests anyway, and there would be
a lot to fix up.
As a fly-by, I also fixed a bit of formatting, removed a few unused
includes and made some very minor, clearly NFC refactorings such as

the old test basically made no sense the way it was written.

GCC expands the pointer type in this conditional expression even for
template types _Up that are not arrays. This raises an error when

Replace the two-level implementation with a simpler one that directly subclasses
the predicates, avoiding the instantiation of the template to get the `type`
member in a situation where we should short-circuit. This prevents incorrect
diagnostics when the instantiated predicate contains a static assertion.
Add a test case that reproduced the previous problem. The existing test case
involving `HasNoValue` didn't catch the problem because `HasNoValue` was in the
final position. The bug comes up when the predicate that shouldn't be
instantiated is after the short-circuit position but there is more to follow,
because then `__conjunction_impl<False, BadPredicate, ...>` instantiates
`__conjunction_impl<BadPredicate, ...>` (in order to obtain its `type` member),
which in turn instantiates `BadPredicate` in order to obtain its `value` member.
In contrast the new implementation doesn't recurse in instantiation any further
than it needs to, because it doesn't require particular members of the recursive
case.
I've also updated the test cases for `std::disjunction` to match,
although it doesn't have the same particular bug (its implementation is
quite different).

This patch rewords the static assert diagnostic output. Failing a
_Static_assert in C should not report that static_assert failed. This

Looks like we again are going to have problems with libcxx tests that
are overly specific in their dependency on clang's diagnostics.
This reverts commit 6542cb55a3eb115b1c3592514590a19987ffc498.
This patch is basically the rewording of the static assert statement's
output(error) on screen after failing. Failing a _Static_assert in C
should not report that static_assert failed. It’d probably be better to
reword the diagnostic to be more like GCC and say “static assertion”
failed in both C and C++.
consider a c file having code
_Static_assert(0, "oh no!");
In clang the output is like:
<source>:1:1: error: static_assert failed: oh no!
_Static_assert(0, "oh no!");
^ ~
1 error generated.
Compiler returned: 1
Thus here the "static_assert" is not much good, it will be better to
reword it to the "static assertion failed" to more generic. as the gcc
prints as:
<source>:1:1: error: static assertion failed: "oh no!"
1 | _Static_assert(0, "oh no!");
| ^~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Compiler returned: 1
The above can also be seen here. This patch is about rewording
the static_assert to static assertion.

This fixes incorrect handling of non-moveable types, adding tests for this case.
See [issue 55346](https://github.com/llvm/llvm-project/issues/55346).
The current implementation is based on is_convertible, which is
[defined](https://timsong-cpp.github.io/cppwp/n4659/meta.rel#5) in terms of
validity of the following function:
```
To test() {
return declval<From>();
}
```
But this doesn't work if To and From are both some non-moveable type, which the
[definition](https://timsong-cpp.github.io/cppwp/n4659/conv#3) of implicit
conversions says should work due to guaranteed copy elision:
```
To to = E; // E has type From
```
It is this latter definition that is used in the
[definition](https://timsong-cpp.github.io/cppwp/n4659/function.objects#func.require-2)
of INVOKE<R>. Make __invokable_r use __is_core_convertible, which
captures the ability to use guaranteed copy elision, making the
definition correct for non-moveable types.
