TargetInstrInfo: make getOperandLatency return optional (NFC) (#73769)
getOperandLatency has the following behavior: it returns -1 as a special
value, negative numbers other than -1 on some target-specific overrides,
or a valid non-negative latency. This behavior can be surprising, as
some callers do arithmetic on these negative values. Change the
interface of getOperandLatency to return a std::optional<unsigned> to
prevent surprises in callers. While at it, change the interface of
getInstrLatency to return unsigned instead of int.

This change was inspired by a refactoring in
TargetSchedModel::computeOperandLatency.

734881a6d5 [Hexagon] Fix range checks for immediate operands
The output assembly (textual) contains the instruction
  r29 = add(r29,#4294967136)
The value 4294967136 is -160 when interpreted as a signed 32-bit
integer, so it fits in the range of the immediate operand without
a constant extender. The range check in HexagonInstrInfo was putting
the operand value into an int variable, reporting no need for an
extender. This resulted in a packet with 4 instructions, including
the "add". The corresponding check in HexagonMCInstrInfo was using
an int64_t variable, causing the range check to fail, and an extender
to be emitted when lowering to MCInst, resulting in a packet with
too many instructions.

Move from llvm::makeArrayRef to ArrayRef deduction guides - llvm/ part
Use deduction guides instead of helper functions.

The only non-automatic changes have been:

1. ArrayRef(some_uint8_pointer, 0) needs to be changed into ArrayRef(some_uint8_pointer, (size_t)0) to avoid an ambiguous call with ArrayRef((uint8_t*), (uint8_t*))
2. CVSymbol sym(makeArrayRef(symStorage)); needed to be rewritten as CVSymbol sym{ArrayRef(symStorage)}; otherwise the compiler is confused and thinks we have a (bad) function prototype. There was a few similar situation across the codebase.
3. ADL doesn't seem to work the same for deduction-guides and functions, so at some point the llvm namespace must be explicitly stated.
4. The "reference mode" of makeArrayRef(ArrayRef<T> &) that acts as no-op is not supported (a constructor cannot achieve that).

Per reviewers' comment, some useless makeArrayRef have been removed in the process.

This is a follow-up to https://reviews.llvm.org/D140896 that introduced
the deduction guides.

b5efec4b27 [CodeGen] Additional Register argument to storeRegToStackSlot/loadRegFromStackSlot
With D134950, targets get notified when a virtual register is created and/or
cloned. Targets can do the needful with the delegate callback. AMDGPU propagates
the virtual register flags maintained in the target file itself. They are useful
to identify a certain type of machine operands while inserting spill stores and
reloads. Since RegAllocFast spills the physical register itself, there is no way
its virtual register can be mapped back to retrieve the flags. It can be solved
by passing the virtual register as an additional argument. This argument has no
use when the spill interfaces are called during the greedy allocator or even the
PrologEpilogInserter and can pass a null register in such cases.

0e1c71e4a4 CodeGen: Move getAddressSpaceForPseudoSourceKind into TargetMachine
Avoid the dependency on TargetInstrInfo, which depends on the subtarget
and therefore the individual function.

Currently AMDGPU is constructing PseudoSourceValue instances in MachineFunctionInfo.
In order to facilitate copying MachineFunctionInfo, we need to stop allocating these
there. Alternatively we could allow targets to subclass PseudoSourceValueManager,
and allocate them similarly to MachineFunctionInfo.

0529e2e018 [InstrInfo] Use 64-bit immediates for analyzeCompare() (NFCI)
The backend generally uses 64-bit immediates (e.g. what
MachineOperand::getImm() returns), so use that for analyzeCompare()
and optimizeCompareInst() as well. This avoids truncation for
targets that support immediates larger 32-bit. In particular, we
can avoid the bugprone value normalization hack in the AArch64
target.

4b0aa5724f Change the INLINEASM_BR MachineInstr to be a non-terminating instruction.
Before this instruction supported output values, it fit fairly
naturally as a terminator. However, being a terminator while also
supporting outputs causes some trouble, as the physreg->vreg COPY
operations cannot be in the same block.

Modeling it as a non-terminator allows it to be handled the same way
as invoke is handled already.

Most of the changes here were created by auditing all the existing
users of MachineBasicBlock::isEHPad() and
MachineBasicBlock::hasEHPadSuccessor(), and adding calls to
isInlineAsmBrIndirectTarget or mayHaveInlineAsmBr, as appropriate.

c3f36acc92 [MC] Widen the functional unit type from 32 to 64 bits.
Summary:
The type used to represent functional units in MC is
'unsigned', which is 32 bits wide. This is currently
not a problem in any upstream target as no one seems
to have hit the limit on this yet, but in our
downstream one, we need to define more than 32
functional units.

Increasing the size does not seem to cause a huge
size increase in the binary (an llc debug build went
from 1366497672 to 1366523984, a difference of 26k),
so perhaps it would be acceptable to have this patch
applied upstream as well.
