163aad6bcb [SystemZ][z/OS] z/OS ADA codegen and emission
This patch adds support for the ADA (associated data area), doing the following:

-Creates the ADA table to handle displacements
-Emits the ADA section in the SystemZAsmPrinter
-Lowers the ADA_ENTRY node into the appropriate load instruction

8a7a2da18f [SystemZ][z/OS] Correct value of length/4 of params field in PPA1.
The Length/4 of Params field in the PPA1 ought to be the length of the parameters for the current function. Currently we are storing the length of the parameter area in the current function's stack frame, which represents the length of the params of the longest callee in the current function.

69e75ae695 CodeGen: Don't lazily construct MachineFunctionInfo
This fixes what I consider to be an API flaw I've tripped over
multiple times. The point this is constructed isn't well defined, so
depending on where this is first called, you can conclude different
information based on the MachineFunction. For example, the AMDGPU
implementation inspected the MachineFrameInfo on construction for the
stack objects and if the frame has calls. This kind of worked in
SelectionDAG which visited all allocas up front, but broke in
GlobalISel which hasn't visited any of the IR when arguments are
lowered.

I've run into similar problems before with the MIR parser and trying
to make use of other MachineFunction fields, so I think it's best to
just categorically disallow dependency on the MachineFunction state in
the constructor and to always construct this at the same time as the
MachineFunction itself.

A missing feature I still could use is a way to access an custom
analysis pass on the IR here.

cc5a1b3dd9 llvm-reduce: Add cloning of target MachineFunctionInfo
MIR support is totally unusable for AMDGPU without this, since the set
of reserved registers is set from fields here.

Add a clone method to MachineFunctionInfo. This is a subtle variant of
the copy constructor that is required if there are any MIR constructs
that use pointers. Specifically, at minimum fields that reference
MachineBasicBlocks or the MachineFunction need to be adjusted to the
values in the new function.

792853cb78 [SystemZ] Remove the ManipulatesSP flag from backend (NFC).
This flag was set in the presence of stacksave/stackrestore in order to force
a frame pointer.

This should however not be needed per the comment in MachineFrameInfo.h
stating that a a variable sized object "...is the sole condition which
prevents frame pointer elimination", and experiments have also shown that
there seems to be no effect whatsoever on code generation with ManipulatesSP.

2946cd7010 Update the file headers across all of the LLVM projects in the monorepo
to reflect the new license.

We understand that people may be surprised that we're moving the header
entirely to discuss the new license. We checked this carefully with the
Foundation's lawyer and we believe this is the correct approach.

Essentially, all code in the project is now made available by the LLVM
project under our new license, so you will see that the license headers
include that license only. Some of our contributors have contributed
code under our old license, and accordingly, we have retained a copy of
our old license notice in the top-level files in each project and
repository.

c3890d2969 Fix typo "fuction" noticed in comments in AssumptionCache.h, and also all the other files that have the same typo. All comments, no functionality change! (Merely a "fuctionality" change.)
Bonus change to remove emacs major mode marker from SystemZMachineFunctionInfo.cpp because emacs already knows it's C++ from the extension. Also fix typo "appeary" in AMDGPUMCAsmInfo.h.

7db6918e2b [SystemZ] Support all TLS access models - CodeGen part
The current SystemZ back-end only supports the local-exec TLS access model.
This patch adds all required CodeGen support for the other TLS models, which
means in particular:

- Expand initial-exec TLS accesses by loading TLS offsets from the GOT
  using @indntpoff relocations.

- Expand general-dynamic and local-dynamic accesses by generating the
appropriate calls to __tls_get_offset. Note that this routine has
a non-standard ABI and requires loading the GOT pointer into %r12,
so the patch also adds support for the GLOBAL_OFFSET_TABLE ISD node.

- Add a new platform-specific optimization pass to remove redundant
__tls_get_offset calls in the local-dynamic model (modeled after
  the corresponding X86 pass).

- Add test cases verifying all access models and optimizations.

a7c40ef022 Canonicalize header guards into a common format.
Add header guards to files that were missing guards. Remove #endif comments
as they don't seem common in LLVM (we can easily add them back if we decide
they're useful)

Changes made by clang-tidy with minor tweaks.

49109a279c Revert r194865 and r194874.
This change is incorrect. If you delete virtual destructor of both a base class
and a subclass, then the following code:
  Base *foo = new Child();
  delete foo;
will not cause the destructor for members of Child class. As a result, I observe
plently of memory leaks. Notable examples I investigated are:
ObjectBuffer and ObjectBufferStream, AttributeImpl and StringSAttributeImpl.

5f613dfd1f [SystemZ] Add back end
This adds the actual lib/Target/SystemZ target files necessary to
implement the SystemZ target. Note that at this point, the target
cannot yet be built since the configure bits are missing. Those
will be provided shortly by a follow-on patch.

This version of the patch incorporates feedback from reviews by
Chris Lattner and Anton Korobeynikov. Thanks to all reviewers!
