For
`clang -c -g -fdebug-prefix-map=a/b=y -fdebug-prefix-map=a=x a/b/c.c`,
we apply the longest prefix substitution, but
GCC has always been picking the last applicable option (`a=x`, see
https://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=109591).
I feel that GCC's behavior is reasonable given the convention that the last
value wins for the same option.
Before D49466, Clang appeared to apply the shortest prefix substitution,
which likely made the least sense.

Match Clang's sorting, so that longer (more specific) prefix paths will match
before less specific paths.

DWARF v5 6.2.4 The Line Number Program Header says:
> The first entry is the current directory of the compilation. Each additional
> path entry is either a full path name or is relative to the current directory of
> the compilation.
When forming a path, relative DW_AT_comp_dir and directories[0] are not supposed
to be joined together. Fix getFileNameByIndex to special case DWARF v5 DirIdx == 0.

For generated assembly debug info, MCDwarfLineTableHeader::CompilationDir is an
unmapped path set in MCContext::setGenDwarfRootFile. Remap it.
A relative destination path of -fdebug-prefix-map= exposes a llvm-dwarfdump bug
which joins relative DW_AT_comp_dir and directories[0].

This was sometimes causing clang or llvm-mc to crash, and in other
cases could emit a bogus DWARF line-table header. I did an interim
patch in r352541; this patch should be a cleaner and more complete
fix, and retains the test.

AT_NAME was being emitted before the directory paths were remapped. This
ensures that all paths are remapped before anything is emitted.
An additional test case has been added.
Note that this only works if the replacement string is an absolute path.
If not, then AT_decl_file believes the new path is a relative path, and
joins that path with the compilation directory. I do not know of a good
way to resolve this.
