99c9b37d11 [NFC][1/n] Remove -enable-new-pm=0 flags from lit tests
This is the first patch in a series intended for removing flag
-enable-new-pm=0 from lit tests. This is part of a bigger
effort of completely removing legacy code related to legacy
pass manager in favor of currently default new pass manager.

In this patch flag has been removed only from tests where no significant
change has been required because checks has been duplicated for
both PMs.

3dd8c9176b [LICM] Remove AST-based implementation
MSSA-based LICM has been enabled by default for a few years now.
This drops the old AST-based implementation. Using loop(licm) will
result in a fatal error, the use of loop-mssa(licm) is required
(or just licm, which defaults to loop-mssa).

Note that the core canSinkOrHoistInst() logic has to retain AST
support for now, because it is shared with LoopSink.

e908e063d1 [LoopUtils] Fix incorrect RT check bounds of loop-invariant mem accesses
This fixes the lower and upper bound calculation of a

6699029b67 [NewPM][opt] Run the "default" AA pipeline by default
We tend to assume that the AA pipeline is by default the default AA
pipeline and it's confusing when it's empty instead.

PR48779

Initially reverted due to BasicAA running analyses in an unspecified
order (multiple function calls as parameters), fixed by fetching
analyses before the call to construct BasicAA.

37dd4d7aaa [LAA] Correctly return a half-open range in expandBounds
This is a latent bug that's been hanging around for a while. For a loop-invariant
pointer, expandBounds would return the range {Ptr, Ptr}, but this was interpreted
as a half-open range, not a closed range. So we ended up planting incorrect
bounds checks. Even worse, they were tautological, so we ended up incorrectly
executing the optimized loop.

df6763abe8 New Loop Versioning LICM Pass
Summary:
When alias analysis is uncertain about the aliasing between any two accesses,
it will return MayAlias. This uncertainty from alias analysis restricts LICM
from proceeding further. In cases where alias analysis is uncertain we might
use loop versioning as an alternative.

Loop Versioning will create a version of the loop with aggressive aliasing
assumptions in addition to the original with conservative (default) aliasing
assumptions. The version of the loop making aggressive aliasing assumptions
will have all the memory accesses marked as no-alias. These two versions of
loop will be preceded by a memory runtime check. This runtime check consists
of bound checks for all unique memory accessed in loop, and it ensures the
lack of memory aliasing. The result of the runtime check determines which of
the loop versions is executed: If the runtime check detects any memory
aliasing, then the original loop is executed. Otherwise, the version with
aggressive aliasing assumptions is used.

The pass is off by default and can be enabled with command line option
-enable-loop-versioning-licm.
