554e4dfd37 [Support] Canonicalise ws2_32 casing, fix MinGW cross compilation
This originally used the spelling Ws2_32 when added in
a5ffabce98a4b2e9d69009fa3e60f2b154100860, but was changed to WS2_32
in 042a2e8932984e6c9f2017cbabb5bc66ad5419ce with the intent to
use the canonical spelling from WinSDK, in order to aid cross
compilation from case sensitive file systems with WinSDK.

However, the WinSDK itself is self-inconsistent with respect
to file name cases. Headers refer to each other with many different
casings, so the original, out of the box casing doesn't work
on case sensitive file systems. Import libraries like these
use a variety of casings (some use all lowercase, some use
CamelCase, some all uppercase, and the suffix is either .lib,
.Lib or .LIB).

In order to use the WinSDK on a case sensitive file system, these
case issues has to be worked around somehow. Either by lowercasing
all files (and the #includes within them, and potentially keeping
symlinks with their original casing), or by setting up a Clang
case insensitive VFS overlay. LLVM's llvm/cmake/platforms/WinMsvc.cmake
sets up such a VFS overlay. For the linker, it creates a directory
with lowercase symlinks.

Therefore, the canonical way of handling these casing issues on
case sensitive file systems is to consistently use lowercase. That
is also what MinGW toolchains use.

As an example, the same list of system_libs refers to advapi32,
even if the actual file on disk in WinSDK is AdvAPI32.Lib.

Likewise, other in-tree build systems that picked up this change
for ws2_32 made it all lowercase, in
b07aaf8d3bde911638b0370037204898c3c2deb7 and
d22dad9f768fef376546053952f0b49b23bebfde. This also matches other
existing references to ws2_32 in e.g.
lldb/source/Plugins/Process/Windows/Common/CMakeLists.txt and
lldb/source/Utility/CMakeLists.txt.

90c2398176 [test][llvm-config] Allow extra libraries in test on Windows
Extra libraries can show up here depending on how LLVM was configured,
so just allow extra libraries to show up instead of expecting an exact
list.

042a2e8932 [Support] Fix WS2_32 casing
The file name is WS2_32.Lib in all the Windows SDK versions I looked at.
You can get away with the incorrect casing on a case-insensitive file
system but it can matter for cross-compilation.

d7aee33029 [llvm][Windows] Don't run socket tests on old versions of Windows
AF_UNIX sockets were added to Windows 10 build 17063 in 2017, older
versions of Windows will fail this test.

Also add a lit config so lit tests using sockets can do:
// REQUIRES: unix-sockets
(It would be cool if unit tests could use lit available_features)

Also fix llvm-config test that didn't fail when new libs are added.

a4b010034f [llvm-config] Make tests more resiliant
In some modes llvm-config issues an error if a requested library is not
available on the system. The in-tree lit tests do not add explicit
dependencies on all component libraries, instead relying on the
transitive dependencies of tools and other libraries.

This can result in some configurations where a component library may not
be used by any of the test dependencies, so it may not be generated
before the tests run. This occurs when optional components of the LLVM
build are excluded, or not included.

In the case where a component library is not generated two test caess
are currently failing. One which tests the shared library boolean flag,
and one which tests the system library requirements. Neither test
require the full set of LLVM libraries to be specifed, so in both cases
I've limited the requested library set to Support to make the tests more
robust.

6911324ed4 [llvm-config] Canonicalize CMake booleans to 0/1
Following the similar change to lit configuration, ensure that all CMake
booleans are canonicalized to 0/1 when being passed to llvm-config. This
fixes the incorrect interpretation of values when user passes another
value than the ON/OFF, and simplifies the code by removing unnecessary
string matching.

Furthermore, the code for --has-rtti and --has-global-isel has been
modified to print consistent values indepdently of the boolean used by
passed by the user to CMake. Sadly, the code already implicitly used
different values for the two (YES/NO for --has-rtti, ON/OFF for
--has-global-isel).

Include tests for all booleans and multi-value options in llvm-config.

d1b954884c [llvm-config] Print --system-libs only when static linking
Modify the --system-libs option in llvm-config to print system libs only
when using static linking. The system libraries are irrelevant when
linking to a shared library since the library has appropriate library
dependencies embedded.

Modify the --system-libs test appropriately to force static linking, and
disable it if static libs are not available (i.e. BUILD_SHARED_LIBS is
enabled).

a0523fd0cd [LIT] Fix system-windows
Turns out if you were on windows and your default target wasn't windows the system-windows feature wasn't getting enabled.

This fixes that and updates the coff-dwarf test to rely on the new "target-windows" feature. That test was the reason why system-windows was changed to not always be enabled on Windows hosts.

155ca8f251 llvm-config: Add preliminary Windows support
Summary:
This patch adds Windows support for a few of the llvm-config commands,
including cflags, ldflags, libs, and system-libs.

Currently llvm-config is untested, so this patch adds tests for the
commands that it fixes as well.
