c1f17b0a9e [RISCV] Fix the include search path order between sysroot and resource folder (Recommit again)
Resource folder[1] should include before sysroot[2] in general (Linux clang
toolchain, BareMetal clang toolchain, and GCC using that order), and that
prevent sysroot's header file override resource folder's one, this change is
reference from BareMetal::AddClangSystemIncludeArgs@BareMetal.cpp[3].

And also fix the behavior of `-nobuiltininc`.

[1] Include path from resource folder is something like this: `<toolchain-path>/lib/clang/13.0.0/include/`
[2] Include path from sysroot is something like this: `<toolchain-path>/riscv32-unknown-elf/include`

b58bf76f97 [clang][driver] update the darwin driver to point to correct macho_embedded path
Compiler-rt started emitting the macho_embedded libraries in
`<resource_dir>/lib/darwin/macho_embedded` after

so update the clang's driver to reflect that.

aafc3f7be8 [Driver] Add -print-runtime-dir
This patch adds a new command line option to clang which outputs the directory containing clangs runtime libraries to stdout.

The primary use case for this command line flag is for build systems using clang-cl. Build systems when using clang-cl invoke the linker, that is either link or lld-link in this case, directly instead of invoking the compiler for the linking process as is common with the other drivers. This leads to issues when runtime libraries of clang, such as sanitizers or profiling, have to be linked in as the compiler cannot communicate the link directory to the linker.

Using this flag, build systems would be capable of getting the directory containing all of clang's runtime libraries and add it to the linker path.

dc22182d1f [darwin] build and link with a separate compiler-rt builtins library
for device simulators

This change separates out the iOS/tvOS/watchOS simulator slices from the "libclang_rt.<os>.a"
fat archive, by moving them out to their own "libclang_rt.<os>sim.a" static archive.
This allows us to build and to link with an arm64 device simulator slice for the simulators running
on Apple Silicons, and to distribute it in one archive alongside the Intel simulator slices.

9ff2d7d56a [Darwin Driver] Fix Simulator builtins and test cases
In r339807, I broke linking the builtins libraries for simulator targets, which itself was bad, but turns out it was all completely untested and marked with FIXME in the test suite.

This fixes all the test cases so they actually work, and fixes the bug I introduced in r339807.

8d12fc1907 [Driver] Sanitizer support based on runtime library presence
The runtime libraries of sanitizers are built in compiler-rt, and Clang
can be built without compiler-rt, or compiler-rt can be configured to
only build certain sanitizers. The driver should provide reasonable
diagnostics and not a link-time error when a runtime library is missing.

This patch changes the driver for OS X to only support sanitizers of
which we can find the runtime libraries. The discussion for this patch
explains the rationale

9c7e035656 Darwin-embedded: find correct libclang_rt for embedded targets.
This refactors some of the Darwin toolchain classification to give a more solid
distinction between the three primary Darwin platforms (OS X, IOS and IOS

targets.

Longer term, this support will be factored out into a separate class and no
longer classified as "darwin-eabi", but the refactoring should still be useful.
