[TableGen] Add overload of RecordKeeper::getAllDerivedDefinitions()
...
and use in PseudoLowering backend.
Now the two getAllDerivedDefinitions() use StringRef and Arrayref.
Use all_of() in getAllDerivedDefinitions().
